• Keseimbangan asam basa adalah suatu keadaan

dimana konsentrasi ion hidrogen yang diproduksi
setara dengan konsentrasi ion hidrogen yang
dikeluarkan oleh sel.
• Terdapat 2 kelainan utama dalam keseimbangan asam basa,
yaitu asidosis atau alkalosis
• Derajat keasaman [pH] darah manusia normalnya berkisar
antara 7.35 hingga 7.45.
• Tubuh manusia mampu mempertahankan keseimbangan
asam dan basa agar proses metabolism dan fungsi organ
berjalan dengan optimal.

Metabolisme karbohidrat adalah proses pencernaan yang
memecah karbohidrat untuk mendapatkan energi. Manusia
memperoleh karbohidrat dari maakanannya.makanan yang
mengandung karbohidrat saat dikunyah akan dipecah oleh
enzim ptialin atau amilase dalam air liur menjadi glukosa.

Purin adalah organik aromatik heterosiklik, yang terbentuk
berpangkat empat partikel nitrogen dan dua ring nitrogen
karbon dimana ring pirimidin dio fusi tambah ring imidazole.

alpukat.sedangkan lipid hewani adalah lemak yang
dikandung oleh hewan contohnya seperti daging sapi,
telur dll. Lipid berasal dari kata lipos yang berarti
lemak.lipid dibagi menjadi dua jenis yaitu lipid nabati dan
lipid hewani. Lipid nabati adalah lemak yang dikandung
oleh tumbuhan contohnya

Pirimidin adalah suatu senyawa organic heterosiklik aromatik
heterosiklik, yang menyaru piridina dan benzena yang
terbentuk berpangkal dua partikel nitrogen hadirat stadium
pertama dan ketiga berpangkal ring enam kaum dan esa ring
karbon nitrogen.pirimidin mencetak basa yang lain bagian
dalam DNA dan RNA yang tidak bisa dibentuk oleh purin yaitu
