 Autoimun merupakan penyakit genetik dengan berbagai macam yang
melibatkan pembuluh darah, jaringan, pankreas, jaringan tiroid, persendian,
kulit, otot dan lainnya.
 TERAPI sel punca atau stem cell terhadap penyakit autoimun memberikan
efektivitas yang poisitf bagi pasien. Penyakit autoimun (ADs) merupakan
penyakit yang menyerang tidak hanya anak-anak tetapi juga orang dewasa
muda, dan orang tua.
 Penyakit autoimun seperti Addison's disease, Ankylosing spondylitis,
Antiphospholipid antibody syndrom (APS), Aplastix anemia, Diabetes
mellitus type 1, Lupus erythematosus, dan banyak lainnya.
 Penyakit autoimun ini berkaitan dengan genes, immune regulation, dan
enviroment (lingkungan) sebagai pencetus yang bikin berpengaruh. Salah
satu faktor pencetus pathogenesis penyakit autoimun seperti fast food,
obat-obatan, patogen, dan stress ini memicu Th2 yang menginduksi
antibodi menyerang organ-organ yang salah dikenali,
 Stem cell yang memiliki homing dan plasticity telah menunjukkan keefektifan
yang luar biasa dalam menghentikan respons imun yang merusak dan
memulihkan tubuh ke tingkat fungsi normal dengan memberikan perbaikan
tingkat sel dari kerusakan, meningkatkan aliran darah, dan mengurangi
peradangan.
 Beberapa penelitian in vitro telah melaporkan bahwa mesenchymal stem cells
(MSC) memiliki sifat imunomodulator dan efek imunosupresif pada proliferasi
limfosit yang tidak cocok dengan MHC-mismatched lymphocytes, memori
dannT-cells yang diaktifkan, B-cells, NK-cells dan dendritic cell.
 hasil terapi stem cell terhadap penyakit autoimun yang menunjukkan hasil yang
positif seperti kadar hemoglobin meningkat setelah injeksi sel punca. Kemudian
peningkatan C3 dan C4 juga terjadi sehingga menunjukkan penurunan dari
indikasi penyakit.
 Selama menggunakan terapi stem cell untuk penyakit autoimun dalam analisis
cukup lumayan bagus bisa 70-75 persen ke atas, dari situ evaluasinya dari obat
yang sebelumnya dipakai, kondisi klinis, kondisi Laboratorium, terjadi perbaikan
lab, terjadi pengurangan obat, bahkan ada yang beberapa stop obat juga.
