A. Definisi  Sindrom Steven Johnson adalah sindrom
yang mengenai kulit , selaput lender di

Steven Johnson orifisium dan mata dengan keadaan umum

berfariasi dari ringan sampai berat
kelaiananpada kulit berupa eritema
vesikel / bula , dapat disertai purpura.

 Sindrom stevens Johnson (SSJ) merupakan

sindrom yang mengancam jiwa. Angka
moralitas berkisar 1-5% dan meningkat
pada pasien lansia.

 SSJ menyerang mulut , mata , genitalia,

kulit dapat tersebar pada wajah , badan ,
dan bagian proksimal ekstermitas secara
simetris , serta membutuhkan pengobatan
segera agar tidak menyebabkan kematian.
B. ETIOLOGI
Sindrom Steven Johnson
Penyebab belum diketahui dengan pasti , namun beberapa
factor yang dapat dianggap sebagai penyebab adalah :

• Alergi obat secara sistemik ( misalnya penisilin ,

analgetik,anti piretik ) ,
penisiline,sthreptomicine,sulfonamide,tetrasiklin.
• Anti piretik atau analgesic (derifat,salisil/pirazolon ,
metamizole , metampiron ,dan
paracetamol ) ,kloepromazin , karbamazepin,kirin
antipiri ,Tegretol.
• Infeksi mikroorganisme (bakteri,virus, jamur dan
parasit)
• Neoplasma dan factor endokrin
• Factor risik (sinar matahari , sinar x , radiasi )
• makanan
Faktor resiko Sindrom Steven Johnson

Terdapat beberapa factor yang dapar meningkatkan

risiko seseorang terserang sindrom stevens
johnson ,yaitu :

1. Memiliki kelaianan genetic yang dapat memicu

timbulnya efek samping obat-obatan tertentu.
2. Pernah menderita sindrom stevens johnson atau
memiliki keluarga yang pernah menderita
kondisi ini .
3. Menderita kanker , terutama kanker darah.
4. Memiliki daya tahan tubuh lemah , misalnya
karena baru menjalani transplatasi organ , efek
samping kemotrapi , menderita HIV/AIDS , atau
penyakit autoimun .
 c. Manifestasi klinis
Tanda dan gejala
 Pada penyakit akut disertai gejala prodromal berupa:
 Malaise
 Demam tinggi ,lebih dari 38*C
 Nyeri kepala
 Batuk pilek dan nyeri tenggorokan
 Tidak nafsu makan

 Keadaan umum bervariasi dari ringan sampai berat

Kesadaran dapat menurun pada keadaan yang berat
