 Latar Belakang
Mie ramen adalah salah satu kuliner yang mulai digemari oleh pecinta
kuliner di Indonesia. Ramen merupakan makanan yang berasal dari negeri
China jika dilihat dari sisi sejarah. Namun, jika dilihat dari fenomena yang
saat ini sedang berlangsung, Ramen sudah menjadi makanan khas Jepang
dan bisa di bilang berasal dari Negara Jepang
Berkreasi dan berinovasi dengan cara mengubah bahan baku mie dengan
bonggol pisang menjadi ciri khas dari usaha Kedai Ramen Bolang ini, salah
satu alasan kita menggunakan bahan baku bonggol pisang dikarenakan
pertama meningkatkan pemanfaatan bonggol pisang sebagai bahan inovasi
yang layak dikonsumsi dengan mengubah menjadi tepung yang akan
digunakan sebagai bahan pensubsitusi dalam pembuatan ramen.
Maka dari itu Kedai Ramen Bolang ini memiliki potensi untuk lebih
berkembang kedepannya, karena memiliki konsep produk yang berbeda jika
dibandingkan dengan kedai ramen pada umumnya.
