PENGERTIAN EKON
OMI ISLAM
• Ekonomi Islam merupakan ilmu yang mempelajari perilaku ekonomi manusia yang
perilakunya diatur berdasarkan aturan agama Islam dan didasari dengan tauhid
sebagaimana dirangkum dalam rukun iman dan rukun Islam. Menurut beberapa ahli
ekonomi Islam bahwa pengertian ekonomi Islam adalah“sebuah usaha sistematis
untuk memahami masalah-masalah ekonomi, dan tingkah lakumanusia secara
relasional dalam perspektif Islam”.
• Kata Islam setelah “Ekonomi” dalam ungkapan Ekonomi Islam berfungsi sebagai
identitas tanpa mempengaruhi makna atau definisi ekonomi itu sendiri. Karena
definisinya lebih ditentukan oleh perspektif yang digunakan sebagai landasan nilai.
Sedang ekonomi adalah masalah menjamin berputarnya harta diantara manusia,
sehingga manusia dapat memaksimalkan fungsi hidupnya sebagai hamba Allah
untuk mencapai falah di dunia dan akherat (hereafter). Ekonomi adalah aktifitas
yang kolektif.
 Dalil Ekonomi Islam
Qs.An-Nahl : 90
“Sesungguhnya Allah menyuruh (kamu) berlaku adil dan berbuat kebajikan, memberi bantuan
kepada kerabat, dan Dia melarang (melakukan) perbuatan keji, kemungkaran, dan permusuhan. Dia
memberi pengajaran kepadamu agar kamu dapat mengambil pelajaran.”
QS.Al-Qashash:77
 “Dan carilah pada apa yang telah dianugerahkan Allah kepadamu (kebahagiaan) negeri akhirat,
dan janganlah kamu melupakan bahagianmu dari (kenikmatan) duniawi dan berbuat baiklah
(kepada orang lain) sebagaimana Allah telah berbuat baik, kepadamu, dan janganlah kamu berbuat
kerusakan di (muka) bumi. Sesungguhnya Allah tidak menyukai orang-orang yang berbuat
kerusakan. “
QS.At-Taubah:103
“Ambillah zakat dari sebagian harta mereka, dengan zakat itu kamu membersihkan dan mensucikan
mereka dan mendoalah untuk mereka. Sesungguhnya doa kamu itu (menjadi) ketenteraman jiwa
bagi mereka. Dan Allah Maha Mendengar lagi Maha Mengetahui”.

Prinsip-prinsip mendasar dalam ekonomiIslam mencakup antara lain
yaitu :
• Landasan utama yang harus dijadikan pegangan bagi seseorang
khususnya dalam dunia perekonomian adalah Iman.
• Prinsip persaudaraan atau kekeluargaan juga menjadi tolak ukur.
• Ekonomi Islam memerintahkan kita untuk bekerja keras, karena
bekerjaadalah sebagai ibadah.
• Prinsip keadilan sosial dalam distribusi hak milik seseorang, juga
merupakan asas tatanan ekonomi Islam.

Bentuk Kerja Sama Syirkah
Syirkah dalam ekonomi Islam bisa dibilang sepadan dengan konsep joint venture.
Sistem kerja sama ini berjalan dengan menggabungkan sumber daya yang dimiliki
demi tercapainya tujuan bersama.
Bentuk Kerja Sama Mudharabah
Mudharabah adalah bentuk kerja sama yang melibatkan dua pihak, yaitu pemodal
(shahibul maal) dan pelaksana usaha (mudharib). Hasil dari bentuk kerja sama ini
sering disebut sebagai bagi hasil. Penentuan persentase bagi hasilnya ditentukan
sesuai dengan kesepakatan.
Bentuk Kerja Sama Jual Beli / Murabahah
Bentuk kerja sama jual beli dalam Islam juga sering disebut sebagai murabahah.
Dalam bentuk kerja sama ini, terdapat penyerahan kepemilikan barang antara
penjual dan pembeli. Bentuk ini adalah bentuk kerja sama paling umum dalam
ekonomi Islam.
