Minuman isotonik adalah cairan
yang mengandung konsentrasi
garam dan gula yang sama
seperti pada tubuh manusia,
seperti mineral kalium dan
sodium

Suatu cairan yang harus memiliki tekanan I

 KOMPOSISI
Kandungan minuman isotonik 98% terdiri dari air sedangkan
2% sisanya terdiri dari ion Natrium Klorida, Kalium Fosfat,
Magnesium Sitrat, Kalsium Laktat dan gula.

Gula berfungsi untuk mempercepat penyerapan elektrolit.

Ion-ion berfungsi untuk mengganti ion-ion tubuh yang hilang.

Saat melakukan aktifitas berat tubuh akan
kehilangan cairan tubuh dan akan membuat
dehidrasi. Untuk mengembalikan kondisi

dilakukan dengan meminum larutan isotonik.
