Seorang perempuan berusia 6 tahun

 INTRODUCTION

1. Persiapan alat dan bahan
2. Operator memposisikan pasien dengan menaikkan dental chair dan posisi pasien

dibantu kaca mulut untuk mengetahui apakah terasa sakit tidak, jika tidak berarti
anestesi sudah bekerja
7. Melakukan luksasi menggunakan elevator (bein). Sambil dikontrol perdarahan
8. Kemudian melakukan pencabutan menggunakan tang mahkota anterior rahang
atas decidui (dengan gerakan bukal palatal dan kombinasi angka 8). Sambil
dikontrol perdarahan
9. Melakukan kuretase menggunakan kuret untuk membuang jaringan granulasi
sampai terdapat darah segar
10. Dilakukan palpasi apakah terdapat tulang yang tajam atau tidak. Jika terdapat
tulang yang tajam dapat dihaluskan dengan bone file
11. Melakukan irigasi untuk control pendarahan pada soket menggunakan spuit yang
berisi air saline dan povidone iodin lalu mucosa di massage fungsinya agar
mucosa yg terbuka lebar menjadi lebih menguncup agar proses penutupan luka
lebih cepat.
12. Pasien diminta menggigit kapas yang diberi povidone iodine
13. Operator menginformasikan kepada pasien:
Diberikan cotton roll untuk dipasang jika pendarahan belum berhenti.

tujuan menghilangkan rasa sakit pada pasien saat dilakukan ekstraksi.
6.Kemudian pasien diinstruksikan untuk berkumur dan menanyakan kepada pasien
apakah sudah terasa kebas atau belum. Dapat dipastikan dengan menggunakan
ekskavator dibantu kaca mulut untuk mengetahui apakah terasa sakit atau tidak, jika
tidak terasa sakit menandakan anestesi sudah bekerja.
7.Operator melakukan separasi mukosa dengan gigi menggunakan ekskavator.
8.Operator melakukan luksasi menggunakan elevator (bein) disertai kontrol
perdarahan.
9.Kemudian melakukan pencabutan mahkota gigi 36 menggunakan tang mahkota
posterior rahang bawah permanent (dengan gerakan bukal, lingual, dan ditarik ke
bukal) dan tetap mengontrol perdarahan. Asisten operator memasangkan suction.
10.Pada soket masih terdapat sisa akar. Kemudian, dilakukan pengambilan akar distal,
diikuti akar mesial menggunakan cryer. Asisten operator memasangkan suction.
11.Melakukan pengecekan menggunakan jari kelingking untuk memastikan bahwa
tidak ada jaringn tulang yang terlalu tajam, apabila ada jaringan tulang yang tajam
dilakukan penghalusan tulang menggunakan bone file, selanjutnya dilakukan kuretase.
Melakukan kuretase menggunakan kuret untuk membuka akses.
12.Membuang jaringan kista pada apikal gigi sisi mesial menggunakan kuret sampai
terdapat darah segar
.
13.Melakukan irigasi untuk kontrol pendarahan pada soket menggunakan spuit yang
berisi air saline dan povidone iodin lalu mucosa di massage fungsinya agar mucosa
yang terbuka lebar menjadi lebih menguncup agar proses penutupan luka lebih cepat.
14.Pasien diminta menggigit kapas yang diberi povidone iodine.
15.Operator menginformasikan kepada pasien: Diberikan cotton roll untuk dipasang
jika pendarahan belum berhenti.
16.Tidak makan makanan panas dalam beberapa hari, mengihdari berkumur, tidak
boleh memegang atau memainkan daerah setelah dicabut agar penyembuhan luka
lancar dan cepat.
