2.Riwayat Penyakit Sekarang

Pasien datang ke IGD pada tanggal 20 Desember 2021,
jam 18.00 WIB dengan keluhan kaki sebelah kiri
lemas dan kepala merasa pusing cekot-cekot.
Pengkajian dilakukan disaat pasien datang
dipindahkan dibangsal Sakura 16 jam 19.30 WIB
pasien mengatakan kaki sebelah kiri lemas dan kepala
merasa pusing, cekot-cekot mempunyai riwayat stroke.
