Agar dapat mengambil keputusan investasi maka syarat mutlak yang
harus Anda kuasai adalah metode penilaian investasi. Paling tidak
terdapat 5 (lima) metode yang dapat dikemukakan di sini. Beberapa metode
diantaranya :

1. Net Present Value (NPV) adalah metode yang memperhitungkan pola cash
flows dari suatu investasi dalam kaitannya dengan waktu berdasarkan

2. Profitabilitas index (PI) merupakan perbandingan antara PV kas masuk
