pengertian negosiasi
Negosiasi adalah suatu bentuk interaksi sosial yang biasanya berfungsi sebagai
media untuk mencapai suatu penyelesaian bersama antara pihak yang memiliki
perbedaan kepentingan. Pihak tersebut akan berusaha menyelesaikan perbedaan
yang muncul dengan cara berinteraksi dan mencari solusi dengan tidak
merugikan salah satu pihak. Tujuan dari hal itu antara lain untuk mengurangi
perbedaan kepentingan dari setiap pihak yang terlibat. Kita harus melakukan
negosiasi untuk mendapatkan apa yang kita ingin kan dari pihak lain yang
memiliki nya dan juga punya keinginan atas sesuatu yang kita miliki. Dalam
kerangka penjualan, yang terpenting kita sadari adalah kapan kita bernegosiasi
bukan seberapa besar kita bernegosiasi.

Dalam perundingan atau tawar menawar, tentunya harus

ada dua pihak atau lebih. Tidaklah dapat kamu katakan
negosiasi apabila hanya ada satu pihak. Satu pihak
memberikan penawaran di depan, sementara pihak lain
akan menerima dengan berbagai syarat atau memberi
penawaran dari pertimbangan pihaknya. Proses tawar
menawar itu terus berlangsung hingga para pihak
menyepakati hal yang menjadi pegangan bagi para pihak.
