Guru pedidikan jasmani adalah pendidik
yang merupakan tenaga profesional
yang bertugas merencanakan dan
melaksanakan proses pembelajaran
pendidikan jasmani, menilai hasil
pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani,
melakukan pembimbingan dan
pelatihan, serta melakukan penelitian,
dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.
DALAM MENJALANKAN
PROFESI GURU
Menurut Slameto (2010; 64),faktor yang
mempengaruhi pembelajaran mencakup
metode mengajar, kurikulumdanrelasi
guru dengan peserta didik, relasi peserta
didik dengan peserta didik, disiplin
sekolah, alat/sarana pelajaran, waktu
sekolah.Guru merupakan unsur yang
paling menentukan keberhasilan
pembelajaranPJOK, tetapi harus di
dukung oleh unsur yang lain. Salahsatu
penunjang keberhasilan pembelajaran
PJOKyaitu kedisiplinan guru karena
sangat berpengaruh terhadap kedisiplinan
peserta didik.
Dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas tersebut guru harus
mempunyai sikap disiplin, agar semua tugas dapat
terlaksana dengan baik dan sesuai dengan tujuan.
Apalagi dalam tugas guru sebagaiprofesi sangat
membutuhkantingkatkedisiplinan guru yang tinggi.
Dalam tugas guru sebagai profesi tersebut guru sangat
bertanggung jawab terhadap pelaksanaan
pembelajaran. Pembelajaran merupakan kegiatan tatap
muka antara guru dengan peserta didik maupun
sebaliknya guna mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang
sudah ditetapkan. Pembelajaran sendiri dibagi dalam
tiga tahap yaitu merencanakan pembelajaran,
melaksanakan pembelajaran, dan menilai hasil
pembelajaran.

1. Terdapat guru PJOK belum menguasai media

pembelajaran.
2. Guru belum mengoptimalkan penggunaan
media pembelajaran online pendidikan
Jasmani , olahraga dan kesehatan.
3. Belum diketahuinya tingkat penggunaan medi
pembelajaran online dalam pendidikan
Jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan.

Agar masalah tidak terlalu luas maka perlu adanya

batasan-batasan sehingga ruang lingkup penelitian
menjadi jelas. Maka masalah yang akan dibahas dalam
penelitian ini perlu dibatasi pada survey tingkat
penggunaan media pembelajaran online dalam PJOK.
KENDALA GURU PJOK MENGEMBANGKAN
PROFESINYA
1. Kurangnya sarana dan prasarana.
2. Di masa sekarang ini handphone atau laptop sangat diperlukan. Mata
pelajaran penjas yang identik dengan praktik dan pembelajarannya
memerlukan interaksi kontak fisik antar siswa harus dilaksanakan
berbeda. Guru penjas harus mengubah model pembelajaran. Awalnya
guru bisa memantau aktivitas siswa secara langsung dan
mempraktikkannya. Tapi sekarang siswa tidak bisa mempraktekkan
langsung hanya bisa mengamati video pembelajaran.
3. Siswa kurang mengenal tentang beberapa Olahraga dikarenakan pada
sekolah di jenjang sebelumnya mereka tidak pernah mndapatkan
kesempatan untuk melakukan olahraga tersbut.
4. Murid jarang memperhatikan guru saat sedang menjelaskan atau
mempraktekkan olahraga.
5. Beberapa murid ada yang tidak berminat berolahraga disaat pelajaran
olahraga.
