Definisi Bahaya
Di mana sesuatu keadaan yang boleh menyebabkan
berlakunya kecederaan atau Keadaan yang
mendatangkan gangguan kepada sesuatu aktiviti yang
sepatutnya berjalan lancar akibat dari kemalangan.

Apakah Kemalangan ?
Sesuatu keadaan atau kejadian yang tidak disengajakan
dan biasanya akan menyebabkan kecederaan.
Kemalangan akan mengakibatkan kecederaan pada
mangsa dan kerosakan pada harta benda. Biasanya
sistem dan sikap pengurusan atau sikap kurang ambil
peduli menjadi puncanya.
