 Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk

mengetahui proses pengolahan kopi bubuk
di UD. Lapang. Metode pengambilan sampel
secara sensus dan penentuan daerah
sampel secara purposive. Metode analisis
yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif
untuk mengetahui pengolahan kopi bubuk
arabika, metode perhitungan nilai tambah
untuk analisis nilai tambah, metode
perhitungan R/C untuk menghitung
kelayakan usaha, serta metode analisis
SWOT untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor
yangmempengaruhi pengolahan kopi bubuk
arabika
 RUMUSAN MASALAH
1. Bagaimana proses pengolahan kopi bubuk di UD
Lapang?
2. Berapa besar nilai tambah olahan kopi bubuk
yang diproduksi oleh UD Lapang?
3. Bagaimana kelayakan pengolahan Agroindustri
kopi bubuk di UD Lapang?
4. Apa saja faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal
dalam pengembangan Agroindustri Kopi bubuk di
