EVALUASI PENGENDALIAN SIMPANG DI BUNDARAN KECIL


KOTA PALANGKA RAYA.

NOVI RAHMAT DAB 107 047,JURUSAN/PROGRAM STUDI

Pembangunan di kota palangka raya terus mengalami peningkatan. Sejalan


dengan itu, kebutuhan akan sarana dan prasarana penunjang juga semakin
meningkat . lampu pengatur lalu lintas merupakan salah satu prasarana penunjang
dan pembantu kelancaran kegiatan taransfortasi . Pada bundaran kecil di kota
palangka raya sering terjadi konplik kendaraan karena daerah bundaran kecil kota
palangka raya merupakan tempat yang rawan kecelakaan.

Terkait dengan mamajemen lalu lintas pengendalian simpang di bundaran


kecil kota palangka raya, maka dilakukan pengaturan lampu lalu lintas. Akan
tetapi dengan tingginya tundaan yang terjadi diduga efektipitas lalulintas pada
bundaran kecil di kota palangka raya belum optimal, sehingga dianggap perlu
untuk ditinjau lebih lanjut .

Pahap awal penelitian adalah pengumpulan data yaitu data primer


dan data sekunder. Tahap kedua adalah merancang alternatif- alternatif untuk
meningkatkan tingkat pelayanan. Selanjutnya tahap analisis, yaitu mengevaluasi
setiap alternatif apakah data meningkatkan tingkat pelayanan. Tahap akhir adalah
mengusulkan aternatif terbaik untuk dapat diterima dan diterima instansi terkait .

Setelah melewati beberapa tahap analisis altermatif terbaik yang


diusulkan, yaitu alternatif pengaturan 2 fase. Dalam pengaturan 2 fase
menghasilkan panjang antrian, tundaan dan tingkat kelayanan untuk masing-
masing pendekat 56 m 18,9det/smp, dan tingkat kelayanan C untuk pendekat
A;40 m, 20,0 det/smp, dan tingkat pelayan C untuk pendekat B; 20 m,
11,6det/smp dan tingkat pelayanan B untuk pendekat C; 41 m, 21,8det/smp, dan
tingkat pelayanan C untuk pendekat D.

vehicle conflict because the small roundabout area of the city is an accident-prone
place.

alternative if the data increase the level of service. The final stage is to propose
the best aternative to be accepted and accepted by the relevant institution.

After passing through several stages of analysis, then get the best
alternative which will propose, there is alternatives setting for 2 phase . In setting
of 2-phase generate queue length, delay and service level for each approach is 56
m 18.9det / smp, and service level C for the approach of A; 40m, 20.0d / smp,
and service level C for approach B- ; 20 m, 11,6det / smp and service level B for

increasing. Traffic light, is one of the supporting accomodations and help for the
on going transportation activity. On the small roundabout in Palangka Raya City
often occurs conflict between vehicles that happens because the small
roundabout of Palangka Raya City is an accident prone area. Related to the
management of traffic in controlling the small roundabout of Palangka Raya
