Dalam kesempatan ini kita akan membahas ttg area kerja ,tools dan fungsinya. Berikut
merupakan gambar area kerja Adobe Flash CS5
Didalam toolbox terdapat macam-macam tool yang bisa kita gunakan untuk
menggambar objek. Pada adobe flash CS5 toolbox terletak di sebalah kanan area kerja
flash atau bisa kita ubah terserah yg menurut kita nyaman.. Toolbox ini terdiri dari
beberapa bagian yaitu, selection tool, drawing tool, painting tool dan navigasi tool.
Berikut ini nama-nama tool beserta fungsinya ::
1. Selection Tool, Digunakan untuk memilih dan memindahkan objek-objek yang ada di dalam
stage.
2. Subselection, Mirip dengan Selection Tool, tetapi kita bisa memilih komponen-komponen
terkecil bila objek yang aktif merupakan objek shape.
3. Free Transform, Digunakan untuk memanipulasi objek yang terpilih. Manipulasi yang bisa
kita lakukan antara lain rotate, scaling, skew, dll.
4. Gradient Transform, Digunakan untuk memanipulasi warna gradien yang ada pada objek.
5. 3D Rotation, Memanipulasi objek menjadi gambar tiga dimensi.
6. Lasso Tool, Digunakan untuk memilih bagian dar objek shape dengan bentuk yang kita
inginkan. Tidak seperti selection Tool yang hanya memungkinkan kita memilih objek Shape
dengan cakupan wilayah persegi.
7. Pen Tool, Digunakan untuk menggambar objek shape secara manual.
8. Add Anchor Point, Digunakan untuk menggambar objek shape secara manual.
9. Delete Anchor Point, Digunakan untuk menghapus vertex yang ada pada garis shape.
10. Convert Anchor Point, Merubah garis menjadi bentuk kurva.
11. Text Tool, Digunakan untuk menambahkan komponen teks pada satge, typenya antara lain
Static text, dynamic text, input text.
12. Line Tool, Digunakan untuk menggambar garis lurus, hasilnya berupa garis shape.
13. Rectangle, Digunakan untuk membuat objek shape berbentuk persegi.
14. Oval Tool, Digunakan untuk membuat objek shape berbentuk oval/lingkaran.
15. Rectangle Primitive Tool, Digunakan untuk membuat gambar berupa persegi, yang
modifikasinya tetap dipertahankan pada bentuk aslinya, type gambarnya bersifat vektor tapi
bukan shape.
16. Oval Primitive Tool, Digunakan untuk membuat gambar berupa Oval, yang modifikasinya
tetap dipertahankan pada bentuk aslinya, type gambarnya bersifat vektor tapi bukan shape.
17. Polystar Tool, Digunakan untuk membuat objek shape dengan banyak sisi.
18. Pencil, Digunakan Untuk Menggambar garis secara bebas, hasilnya berupa garis shape.
19. Brush, Digunakan untuk mewarnai stage, seakan layaknya sebuah cat, bentuk yang
dihasilkan merupakan objek shape.
20. Deco, Tool baru pada adobe flash yang digunakan untuk membuat objek dekorasi.
21. Bone, Digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk melakukan pergerakan animasi.
22. Paint Bucket, Digunakan untuk mewarnai pada suatu bidang/objek yang dipilih.
23. Ink Bottle Tool, Digunakan untuk mewarnai pada tepi/edge dari objek yang dipilih.
24. Eyedropper, Digunakan untuk mengeset warna yang dipilh sebagai warna aktif untuk Stroke
atau Fill Color.
25. Eraser, Digunakan untuk mengahapus objek shape yang ada dalam stage.
26. Hand, Digunakan untuk bernavigasi secara bebas.
27. Zoom, Digunakan untuk memperbesar/memperkecil ukuran semua objek yang ada pada
stage.
