KATA PENGANTAR

Syukur Alhamdulillah kami ucapkan kepada Allah SWT karena berkat rahmat dan

hidayah-Nya, laporan studi kasus kegiatan Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) mata kuliah

Manajemen Asuhan Gizi Klinik untuk Prodi Sarjana Terapan Gizi dan Dietetika ini dapat kami

selesaikan.

Pembelajaran di lahan praktek merupakan suatu upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman,

pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan yang didapat mahasiswa saat pembelajaran di kelas

maupun di laboratorium kampus. Selain itu, kegiatan PKL dilakukan untuk membentuk calon

Sarjana Sains Terapan Gizi yang kompeten, professional dan siap bekerja.

Penulis menyadari laporan ini masih belum sempurna, masih banyak kekurangan yang

terdapat didalamnya, oleh karena itu kritik dan saran yang bersifat membangun sangat

diharapkan agar dapat memperbaiki laporan ini

Demikianlah laporan studi kasus kegiatan PKL mata kuliah Manajemen Asuhan Gizi
