9. Takes messages, notes and coordinate delivery immediately with the bell
attendant. Ensures all messages are taken properly as per procedure.
Menerima pesan untuk tamu atau management serta langsung mengantarkannya
berkoordinasi dengan bell attendant.
10. Has good knowledge of housekeeping room amenities, towels, laundry, room
service menu and other products. Posts the order for in-room dining
12. Ensures on hold music and lobby music is functioning and operating.
Memastikan agar musik tunggu dan music untuk lobby berjalan.
13. Ensures the operator room is clean and neat at all times.
Memastikan ruangan operator bersih dan rapi setiap saat.
14. Ensures all systems and equipment available are ready for use at all times.
Memastikan semua system dan peralatan berfungsi dengan baik serta siap untuk
digunakan setiap waktu.
16. Ensures all outgoing calls for authorized staff are using outgoing call sheet as per
SOP.
Memastikan semua telpon keluar darii orang yang berwenang menggunakan
lembar permintaan telpon seperti diatur dalam SOP.
17. Reminds the guests regarding durian policy, pets and animals.
Mengingatkan tamu mengenai peraturan tentang durian dan hewan peliharaan.

3. If any other department requires assistance of the front office reception, the
front desk team shall always fully co-operate and remain courteous.
Jika bagian lain membutuhkan bantuan dari front office, staff front office harus
selalu dapat bekerja sama.
