Ruang Murai adalah Ruang Perawatan untuk pasien dengan kasus penyakit dalam.
Ruang Murai menggunakan falsafah Nightingale untuk melandasi semua aktifitas dan
kegiatan ruangan. Kepala ruangan bekerjasama dengan manajemen rumah sakit
mendesain ruangan untuk mengkondisikan kepada falsafah Nightingale seperti dinding
ruangan di cat dengan warna krem yang lembut sehingga pencahayaan menjadi terang,
dibuat jendela-jendela menghadap keluar (taman) sehingga ketika dibuka udara segar
akan masuk, jumlah TT pasien sesuai dengan luas ruangan dan logistik untuk
mengganti set tempat tidur disiapkan dengan perhitungan jumlah TT dan rerata pasien
masuk setiap hari. Setiap aktifitas asuhan keperawatan didasari oleh semangat falsafah
Nightingale. Berikut ini adalah role play yang menggambarkan interaksi perawat di
Ruangan Murai dimulai ketika overan shift dari jaga malam ke jaga pagi.

Berikut ceritanya……………….
Ners. Wanti (W) : (Baru datang …) Selamat pagi Ns. Tia……
Ners Tia (T) : Pagi…..
Ns. W : Bagaimana, bisa kita mulai overannya ?
Ns. T : Boleh, mau sekarang ? saya ambil buku laporannya dulu ya…

NARATOR : Ns. Tia mengambil buku laporan yang telah dibuat catatannya
tadi malam.
Ns. T : Kita mulai dari overan pasien dulu ya, setelah itu baru logistik
Ns. W : Ya gak apa-apa, …..

NARATOR : Ns. Tia dan Ns. Wanti berjalan menuju ruang rawat
Ns. T : Selamat pagi semua…..
Bp. Yayat (Y) +tmn : Pagi suster……
Ns. W : Ns. Tia, ada jendela yang belum dibuka tuh ..(menunjuk jendela
dibelakang TT Bp. Y
Ns. T : O ya, itu Bp. Yayat tidak suka kalau jendela dibuka. Tadi sudah saya
buka tetapi mungkin beliau tutup lagi.
(Ns. T berjalan kearah tempat tidur Bp. Yayat , dan sambil tersenyum….)
Ns. T : Pak Yayat, jendelanya kita buku dulu ya supaya udara dan sinar
matahari masuk, jadi ruangannya tidak lembab.
Bp Y : Silau ners makanya saya tutup lagi
Ns T : Ya sampai jam 9 pagi aja, setelah itu bisa di tutup lagi
Bp Y : Ya, deh

Narator : Ners T membuka jendela lalu kembali bersama Ners W melanjutkan operan
Ns T : Ini Bapak Yayat dengan diabetes hari ini hari ke -2 beliau dirawat, dapat insulin
10 u, 15 menit sebelum makan, pagi ini sudah diberikan tapi bapak yayat tidak
menghabiskan makanannya, belum dikaji kenapa?
Ns W : Berapa banyak diitnya ?
Ns T : 1700 Kalori, tadi pagi mendapat roti 2 potong dengan mendapat susu, tapi hanya
dimakan satu kerat dan susunya tidak diminum, setelah makan pagi mau duduk di
taman
Ns W : Ada dicatat dilaporan kan ?
Ns T : Ya semua tercatat dengan lengkap
Ns W : Oke baik
Narataor : Ns Tia dan Ns wanti melanjutkan operan hingga semua pasien telah
dioperkan kemudian mereka berdua melanjutkan dengan operan logistik
Ns T : Kamar mandi no 1 krannya macet, air cukup, dua yang lainnya lancar dan pagi
ini sudah dibersihkan oleh klining service
Ns W : Ya nanti kita telepon instalasi untuk perbaikan

Narator : Ns Tia dan Ns wanti kembali ke Ners station lalu mencuci tangan
Ns T : Hands soap habis , persediaan set untuk tempat tidur cukup
Ns W : Kalo begitu kita juga minta ke bagian logistik

Narator : Ns Tia dan Ns Wanti melanjutkan operan logistik hingga selesai

Ns T : Bagaimana sudah semua khan ?
Ns W : Ya terima kasih , mau langsung pulang nih ?
Ns T : Iya lah, siang nanti ada acara, saya bersiap dulu ya

Narator : Ns Tia pergi keruang ganti dan berganti pakaian untuk pulang memakai
sepatu hak tinggi
Ns W : Sepatu baru nih ?
Ns T : Baru lihat ya ? saya khan kalo pagi ngak berani pakai karena ada kepala
ruangan
Ns W : (tersenyum ) itukan menyesuaikan dengan falsafah ruangan kita
Ns T : Ya bu, tenang aja semalam aku pakai sandal jepit.
Ns W : Apalagi pakai sendal jepit, lagi pula khan bahaya kalo ada jarum yang jatuh
Ns T : Ya, ya…. Terima kasih besok ngak lagi…..saya pulang dulu ya
Ns W : Oke hati-hati

Narator : Ns wanti berjalan ke ruangan bapak yayat

Ns W : Bapak tadi makannya ngak habis ya ?
Bp Y : Habis saya ngak suka makan roti
Ns W : Bapak sukannya makan apa ?
Bp Y : Saya biasa makan nasi , saya juga ngak bisa minum susu… bisa sakit perut…
minumnya air putih saja
Ns W : Kalo begitu kita akan beritahu bagian gizi dan minumnya air putih, makannya
harus tepat ya pak 15 menit sesudah disuntik insulin
Bp Y : Ya saya selalu tepat kok
Ns W : Bagus, pagi ini bapak rencananya mau duduk di taman khan ? kalo bapak mau
sambil baca ada koran bisa bapak baca

Narrator:
Murai Room is a treatment room for patients with internal illness cases. The
Murai Room uses the Nightingale philosophy to lubricated all activities and events
of the room. Head of the room in cooperation with hospital management
designed the room to conditioned to the philosophy Nightingale like the wall of
the room in the paint with soft beige color so that the lighting is bright, made
