Abstrak
Penerapan otomasi di perpustakaan dapat menimbulkan dampak yang sangat luas, terutama pada sistem kerja,
perubahan manajerial organisasi, serta tanggapan pegawai, maupun tanggapan pemustaka. Oleh karena itu untuk
mengetahui tanggapan dari pegawai perpustakaan Nasional RI terhadap implementasi Sistem Informasi perpustakaan,
maka peneliti termotivasi untuk melakukan kajian penerimaan para pegawai terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi
tersebut. Model yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan penggabungan dari model UTAUT Unified Theory
of Acceptance and Use of Technology ), model integratif multi level abstraksi, serta menggabungkan model Task
Technology Fit dan symbolic adoption. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penerimaan yang
dapat mempengaruhi pegawai dalam menggunakan Sistem informasi perpustakaan. Teknik pengolahan data yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) pada program AMOS (Analysis
of Moment Structure) dan melakukan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Berdasarkan hasil analisis bahwa faktor
kualitas informasi (Information Quality) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan atas perolehan informasi
(Information Satisfaction) sebesar (CR : 9.982 dan P : 0.000), serta Kepuasan perolehan informasi (Information
Satisfaction) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap harapan pegawai atas performa (Performance Expectancy) sistem
INLIS sebesar (CR : 8.367 dan P : 0.000). Adapun faktor yang memiliki pengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap
mental penerimaan pegawai (Symbolic Adoption) dalam mengadopsi sistem INLIS adalah harapan atas performa
sistem INLIS (Performance Expectancy) sebesar (CR : 2.024 dan P : 0.043) dan faktor harapan upaya pengguna
sistem INLIS (Effort Expectancy) sebesar (CR : 3.348 dan P : 0.000). Selain itu pula terdapat faktor Technology
Characteristic yang memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Task Technology Fit sebesar (CR : 3.716 dan P : 0.000).

Abstract
Application of automation in the library can impact widely, especially in work system, managerial organizational
change, employee responses, and users responses. Therefore, to determine the response from librarian of the National
Library about the implementation information System, the researchers were motivated to conduct a study about the
acceptance of employees through information systems. The model used in this study is the incorporation of a model of
UTAUT Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology), an integrative model of multi-level abstraction, and
combines models of Task Technology Fit and symbolic adoption. This study aims to determine the factors that may
affect the acceptance of employees in using the library information system. The data processing techniques in this study
is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) and perform analysis Path
(Path Analysis) . Based on the analysis, the quality factors information (Information Quality) has a positive effect on
satisfaction with the acquisition of information (Information Satisfaction ) by ( CR : 9982 and P : 0.000 ), as well as
information acquisition Kapuasan (Information Satisfaction) has a positive influence on the performance expectations
of employees (Performance Expectancy) INLIS system for (CR : 8367 and P : 0.000). The factors that have a direct
positive effect on recruitment mentally (Symbolic Adoption) in adopting INLIS system is above expectations INLIS
system performance (Performance Expectancy) for (CR : 2.024 and P : 0.043) and effort expectancy factor system
users INLIS (Effort Expectancy) by (CR : 3348 and P : 0.000 ). In addition there are also factors that Characteristic
Technology has a positive influence on the Task Technology Fit for (CR:3716 and P:0.000).
