HUBUNGAN PERAN KELUARGA TERHADAP PERILAKU ASERTIF

ANAK KELOMPOK B DI TK THURSINA KEC.MEDAN AMPLAS
KOTA MEDAN T.A 2019-2020

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) seberapa berperannya orangtua

terhadap mendidik perilaku asertif anak, 2) kemampuan anak dalam
mengungkapkan perasaan dan pendapat, 3) kemampuan anak dalam
mengungkapkan keyakinan dan pemikira secara terbuka, dan 4) kemampuan anak
dalam mempertahankan hak-haknya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi. Sampel penelitian adalah
siswa kelompok B sebanyak 15 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian
ini menggunakan metode angket/kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil dari data yag
didapatkan di analisis secara statistik menggunakan program SPSS 20 dan metode
korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) peran
keluarga berada pada kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata 142.33, 2) sikap asertif anak
berada pada kategori cukup dengan rata-rata 8.94, 3) Untuk variabel peran
keluarga didapatkan nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0.721 > 0.514 hal ini
menyatakan bahwa data dari hasil kuesioner peran keluarga adalah valid.
Sedangkan untuk variabel sikap asertif anak didapatkan nilai pearson correlation
sebesar 0.744 > 0.514 hal ini menyatakan bahwa data dari hasil observasi sikap
asertif anak adalah valid, 4) Diketahui nilai Cronbach’s Alpha masing-masing
variabel sebesar 0.883 dan 0.570. Nilai tersebut kemudian akan dibandingkan
dengan nilai rtab dengan nilai n = 15 dilihat pada distribusi nilai rtab pada
signifikansi 5% maka diperoleh nilai rtab sebesar 0.514. Karena nilai Cronbach’s
Alpha masing-masing variabel > 0.514, maka sebagaimana dasar pengambilan
keputusan diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa angket atau kuesioner “Peran
Keluarga terhadap Sikap Asertif Anak” dinyatakan reliabel atau terpercaya
sebagai alat pengumpul data dalam penelitian, 5) Ada korelasi yang cukup
signifikan antara peran keluarga terhadap sikap asertif anak dengan nilai koefisien
korelasi sebesar 0.372.

 ABSTRACT

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ROLE OF FAMILY ON ASERTIVE

BEHAVIOR OF CHILDREN GROUP B IN TK THURSINA KEC. MEDAN
AMPLAS MEDAN CITY FY 2019-2020

This study aims to find out: 1) how parents play a role in educating the child's
assertive behavior, 2) the child's ability to express feelings and opinions, 3) the
child's ability to express beliefs and thoughts openly, and 4) the child's ability to
defend their rights. This type of research used in this research is quantitative with
the correlation method. The research sample was group B students of 15 students.
Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire / questionnaire and
observation. The results of the data obtained were analyzed statistically using the
SPSS 20 program and the correlation method Pearson product moment. The
results showed that: 1) the role of the family was in the high category with an
average of 142.33, 2) the assertiveness of children was in the adequate category
with an average of 8.94, 3)For the family role variable, the Pearson correlation
value is 0.721> 0.514. It states that the data from the results of the family role
questionnaire are valid. Whereas for the child assertive attitude variable the
Pearson correlation value is 0.744> 0.514. It states that the data from the
observation of the child assertiveness attitude is valid, 4) It is known that the
Cronbach's Alpha value of each variable is 0.883 and 0.570. The value will then
be compared with the rtab value with n = 15 seen in the distribution of r tab value
at a significance of 5%, then the rtab value of 0.514 is obtained. Because the
Cronbach's Alpha value of each variable is > 0.514, then as the basis for making
the decision above, 5) There is a significant correlation between the role of the
family on the assertiveness of children with a correlation coefficient of 0.372.
