Pengertian Greeting Card

Greeting card atau kartu ucapan adalah kartu yang berisikan ilustrasi untuk memberikan
ucapan selamat atau rasa perihatin kepada seseorang.

 Birthday card ( Kartu Ucapan Ulang Tahun )
 Congratulation Card ( Kartu Ucapan Selamat atas pencapaian )
 Graduation card ( Kartu Ucapan Perayaan Kelulusan )
 Getting Well card ( Kartu Ucapan Semoga Lekas Sembuh )
 Thanking card ( Kartu Ucapan Terima kasih )
 Public/National Holiday card ( Kartu Ucapan Hari besar perayaan )
 Baby Born ( Kartu Ucapan selamat atas kelahiran bayi )
  Wedding Card ( Kartu Ucapan Pernikahan )
 Condolence Card ( ( Kartu Ucapan Dukacita )

Struktur Greeting Card

Bagian Penerima/Receiver - Kepada siapa kartu itu ditujukan, biasanya tercantum nama
penerima kartu ucapan tersebut.

Bagian Body - Di dalam bagian body ini ada beberapa konten, yaitu sebagai berikut:

 Quote : Kutipan atau harapan si pengirim yang berhubungan dengan peristiwa

atau hari spesial.

 Picture : Ilustrasi gambar yang berhubungan dengan peristiwa atau hari spesial.

 Expression : Ucapan selamat (congratulation expressions) atau ucapan simpati

(Sympathy Expression)

Bagian Pengirim/Sender - Berisikan nama pengirim kartu ucapan.

Untuk lebih jelasnya kalian bisa melihat bagian-bagian greeting card pada gambar di bawah
ini:
Lihatlah disana lengkap ada penerima, kata ucapan selamat, quote, pengirim dan juga
lengkap dengan gambar latar belakang yang sesuai dengan event/peristiwa yang terjadi.
Tetapi kadang-kadang kartu ucapan selamat ini hanya berisikan kata-kata saja berupa
harapan dan do'a.
