Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimna proses dalam

perencanaan dan untuk memperoleh berapa besar anggaran dalam Perencanaan

Gedung Kuliah Fakultas Teknik Kampus Dua Universitas Situwu Maroso Poso.

Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengambil bahan studi Gedung Kuliah Fakultas

Teknik Kampus Dua Universitas Sintuwu Maroso Poso. Langka awal yang

dilakukan adalah mendesain bangunan gedung 3 lantai, menghitung volume dan

Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB). Dalam penenelitian ini penulis menggunakan

Analisa SNI Permen PUPR No. 28 Tahun 2016 dan alat bantu gambar Auto Cad

2014 dan Pengolahan data Ms. Excel 2019. Dari hasil analisis perhitungan maka

didapatkan jumlah Rencana Anggaran Biaya Rp. 3,176,806,545,00 untuk

Perencanaan Gedung Kuliah Fakultas Teknik Kampus Dua Universitas Sintuwu

Maroso Poso.

Engineering Faculty, Campus Two, Sintuwu Maroso University, Poso”.

This study aims to find out the process in planning and the budget of Lecture
Building of Engineering Faculty of, Campus Two, Situwu Maroso University, Poso.
The researcher took the object of study was the Lecture Building of Engineering
Faculty, Campus Two, Sintuwu Maroso University, Poso. The first step is design a 3
floor building, calculate the volume and the Budget Plan. In this research, the writer
used SNI Analysis of PUPR Ministerial Decree No. 28 of 2016, 2014 Auto Cad
drawing tools and Ms. Excel 2019. The results of the calculation analysis obtained
that the amount of the Budget Plan is Rp. 3.176.806.545,00 for the Lecture Building
of Engineering Faculty, Campus Two, Sintuwu Maroso University, Poso.
