A. Pemasangan Sensor Suhu

1. Buka pintu incubator lab dan pastikan kondisi chamber dalam keadaan kosong (unloaded)
2. Letakkan sensor-sensor standar di dalam Inkubator Lab dengan satu sensor harus ditempatkan di setiap posisi
sudut dan dinding sekitar 5 – 10 cm dari dinding seperti yang ditunjukkan pada gambar di atas
3. Upayakan sambungan ukur tidak menyentuh permukaan bagian dalam inkubator Lab serta diletakkan/diikatkan
dengan kuat pada tiap lokasi
4. Tutup Kembali pintu Inkubator Lab dan nyalakan alat Thermometer Digital Multichannel

B. Kalibrasi Akurasi Suhu dan Variasi Suhu
1. Nyalakan Inkubator Lab, kemudian atur suhunya pada nilai suhu kalibrasi yang diminta, biarkan
beberapa saat sampai penunjukan suhu pada Inkubator Lab dan alat ukur standar dalam kondisi
mantap atau stabil. Indikasi kestabilan ditunjukkan oleh penunjukan standar yang berubah-ubah
antara suatu nilai suhu maksimum dan nilai suhu minimum yang tetap.
2. Bila penunjukkan suhu pada alat standar telah stabil, lakukan perekaman data sebagai berikut :
a. Catat nilai suhu tmaks dan tmin pada titik ukur sensor 9 yaitu sebanyak 5 siklus pada lembar kerja
b. Lakukan Langkah 2.a. untuk titik-titik ukur yang lain (sensor no 1 s.d no 8)
c. Lakukan Langkah 2.a. untuk indikator suhu pada alat Inkubator Lab

3. Lakukan pengolahan data sebagai berikut
Untuk tiap titik-ukur sensor, hitung :
v Nilai maks sensor terhadap waktu
v Nilai maks dari setiap sensor
v Keseragaman Suhu KS = (t1-8maks – t9)maks
v Stabilitas Suhu SS = ((tmaks – tmin)/2)maks
v Variasi Keseluruhan VK = tmaks_maks – tmin_min
v Suhu UUT sensor tengah (t9) tref_ukur = rerata t9
v Koreksi K = Nilai tref_ukur - Setting suhu

B. Analisa Perhitungan Ketidakpastian
1. Sumber – sumber ketidakpastian pengukuran
1. Ketidakpastian Thermometer Standar
Ketidakpastian Thermometer Standar diambil dari sertifikat kalibrasinya, ẟtkal,std, dengan tingkat kepercayaan dan faktor
cakupan k yang dinyatakan
2. Drift Thermometer Standar

Perubahan nilai ukur Thermometer Standar terhadap waktu diestimasi sebagai drift jangka Panjang, ẟtdrift,std, dari rekaman
riwayat dan kalibrasi sebelumnya, atau studi yang relevan yang telah dilakukan. Distribusinya adalah rektangular.
3. Resolusi Thermometer Standar

Ketidakpastian ini diambil sebagai ẟtres,std = ½ angka penting terkecil dari indikator Thermometer Standar,
dengan distribusi rektangular.
4. Daya Ulang Pembacaan Thermometer Standar

Daya ulang pembacaan Thermometer Standar berbeda-beda untuk tiap lokasi sensor dengan nilai ẟt rep,std. Distribusinya
adalah rektangular

5. Ketidakpastian Konduksi Panas
Ketidakpastian konduksi panas dari sensor melalui batang (stem) atau kawat penghubung sensor ke udara luar karena efek
kedalaman (immersion) yang berbeda dengan pada saat thermometer dikalibrasi. Nilai ẟtkon,std mungkin dapat diestimasi dari
pengetahuan sebelumnya dengan memasukkan sensor ke dalam media pada berbagai kedalaman. Efek konduksi panas ini
diestimasi ẟtkon,std =0.1 ºC dengan sebaran rektangular dan derajat kebebasannya tak terhingga.
6. Radiasi Dinding Inkubator Lab pada Konstruksi Sensor

Sensor standar mungkin menunjukkan nilai yang tidak benar akibat radiasi selama kalibrasi karena konstruksi sensor tersebut
dan emisivitas dinding ruang kerja Inkubator Lab. Efek radiasi ini perlu diinvestigasi untuk dapat mengestimasi ketidakpastian
nya. Dalam DKD-R-5-7 [1] misalnya, diuraikan empat prosedur untuk mengestimasi efek radiasi ini. Untuk suhu enklosur
sampai sekitar 30 ºC diatas ambien, ẟtrad =0.6 ºC atau ketidakpastian baku 0.35 ºC merupakan estimasi yang cukup baik tanpa
perlu investigasi. Sebarannya rektangular dan derajat kebebasannya tak terhingga.

7. Daya Ulang Pembacaan Indikator Inkubator Lab
Daya ulang pembacaan indicator incubator lab, ẟtrep,ind dihitung dari sederetan pembacaan suhu indikator yang memberikan
simpangan baku dengan distribusi normal.
8. Resolusi indikator Inkubator Lab

Ketidakpastian ini diambil sebagai ẟtres,ind = ½ angka penting terkecil dari indikator Inkubator Lab, dengan distribusinya
rektangular.

• Hasil uji profisiensi dilaporkan dengan format sebagai berikut :
Nilai rata rata " U 95 %

Dimana :
Nilai rata rata : nilai rerata hasil pengukuran pada sensor 9
U 95 % : ketidakpastian bentangan dengan CL 95 %
• Nilai rata rata yang dilaporkan adalah bilangan bulat, sesuai dengan resolusi Inkubator Lab
• Nilai ketidakpastian pengukuran dilaporkan adalah 2 signifikan digit
0,654 dilaporkan sebagai 0,65
0,65900 dilaporkan sebagai 0,66
• Apabila nilai yang dilaporkan tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan diatas, maka hasil uji profisiensi peserta
dinyatakan outlier dan tidak dilakukan proses evaluasi statistik.
