3. Password : Cmi_2022 (change setelah login)
4. Auto Code : isi sesuai angka yang muncul
5. Klik Sign In

1. Klik ‘work unit


information’

2. Klik ‘add work unit’,


kemudian, isi ‘company
name dan save.

ticket’ artinya site dimaksud
perlu diberi authrozitaion oleh
admin CMI

6. Pilih dan lengkapi kolom berikut : Lampiran Document :


6.a. work type: pilih jenis pekerjaan
6.b. Time : default 24 jam bisa Untuk pekerjaan Preventive Maintenance &
ditambah bila diperlukan Corrective, Audit & Survey
6.c work unit : pilih nama subcon - Surat pengantar dari operator
sesuai isian awal.
6.d. Worker : masukkan nama team Untuk pekerjan Project, Dismantling, Swap & Add
yang on site, bisa ditambahkan Perangkat :
jumlahnya. - Surat pengantar dari operator
6.e. File : lampiran permit pdf - Document RIF, CAF, ECRF, NFI
tenant/operator untuk verifikasi

6.f. Remark : diisi detail pekerjaan, 6.a,b,c,d,e,f,g
6.g. klik ‘save’

7. Cek status tiket pending : 7.b


7.a. Buka ticket management 7.d
kemudian buka ticket records’ 7.c
7.b. Result di ubah dari “finished” ke
“all”
7.c. kemudian klik ‘query’
7.d. Setelah muncul hasil liat no 1 dan 7.a
status tiket pending.
7.e. hubungi admin CMI untuk
approved tiket

8. Cek status tiket approved :


8.a. setelah admin CMI confirm tiket
diapproved, manager dapat menekan
‘query’/enter kembali.
8.b. status result berubah dari 8.a 8.c
‘pending’ menjadi ‘approved’ 8.b
8.c. permit pdf ada di tautan ini,
8.d. Manager info ke tim lapangan untuk
refresh app HP untuk menerima tiket
dan melakukan buka/tutup gembok.
8.e. Apabila user telah mekakuan
checkout maka status tiket akan menjadi
‘ finished’.

1.5 Proses Penambahan User/ PIC

1.b. ketik tulisan centratama 1.a
1.c. kemudian klik ‘add’

2 Setelah muncul table isi data sbb : User yang tidak ada List dan kemudian
2.a. nama : nama user. dicreate oleh manager harap isi company
2.b. phone no : no tlp user tanpa awal 0 name dengan ejaan dan nama tenant
2.c. password : Cmi_2022
2.d. vendor name : salah satu nama dari
berikut, agar user-manager terkoneksi baik

2.e. Id number : no ktp XL Axiata
2.f. email : email kerja Hutchison 3 Indonesia
2.g. sisanya tidak perlu diisi, kemudian Smartfren Telecom
klik save. Indosat Ooredoo
