ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang tindak tutur tidak langsung pernyataan cinta
(ai no kokuhaku) dalam anime Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo yang diangkat dari
Light Novel berjudul serupa yang ditulis oleh Hajime Kamoshida. Sesuai dengan
identifikasi masalah yang ada, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan
penggunaan tindak tutur tidak langsung pernyataan cinta serta mendeskripsikan
faktor-faktor penyebab penggunaan pernyataan cinta tidak langsung yang terdapat
dalam anime Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo. Data diambil dari dialog anime tersebut
yang terdapat percakapan yang tindak tutur tidak langsung pernyataan cinta.
Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan menggunakan teori pragmatik, teori tindak tutur,
teori konteks, teori wacana, teori afeksi, teori berpacaran, serta pengertian
pernyataan cinta dalam menganalisis data yang telah dikumpulkan. Teori Pragmatik
yang digunakan ialah teori yang dikemukakan oleh Parker (1986) dan teori tindak
tutur dari Searle (1969). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tiap bentuk pernyataan
cinta terbagi lagi pada fungsi tuturan yang berbeda-beda. Selain itu, setiap tuturan
memiliki faktor penyebab yang berbeda-beda, tergantung pada konteks yang terjadi.

ABSTRACT

This study examines the indirect speech act of love (ai no kokuhaku) in the
“Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo” anime which was adapted from the light novel of
the same title written by Hajime Kamoshida. In accordance to the identification of
existing problems, the purpose of this study is to describe the use of indirect speech
acts of love confessions and to describe the factors causing the use of indirect love
confessions appearing in the anime "Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo". The data is
taken from the anime dialog which contains a conversation in which an indirect
speech act expresses love. This research is qualitative and uses pragmatic theory,
speech act theory, context theory, discourse theory, affection theory, dating theory,
and and love confession theory in analyzing the data that has been collected. The
pragmatic theory used is the theory by Parker (1986) and the speech act theory by
Searle (1969). The method used in this research is descriptive method. The results
of this study indicate that each form of love statement is divided into different speech
functions. In addition, each speech has different causal factors, depending on the
context that occurs.
