Pola hidup yang baik dan benar adalah kunci utama seseorang untuk mengendalikan berat badan.
Selain mengkonsumsi makanan sehat, ada banyak faktor lain yang harus diperhatikan, seperti jam
istirahat yang cukup serta olahraga yang teratur.

2. Arguments

Setelah mengenalkan isu, tentu tahap selanjutnya adalah menyampaikan argumen atau pendapat
yang kamu miliki untuk mendukung isu atau topik tulisan.

Dalam hal ini, argumentasi dapat berupa pendapat pribadi, alasan logis, data-data relevan dari
sumber terpercaya, pernyataan para ahli, atau fakta lainnya yang mendukung. Jangan lupa, argumen
yang kamu kemukakan harus relate dengan tesis yang sudah dibuat ya!

The number of individuals littering, especially in rivers, continues to increase from time to time. This
fact comes from the conclusion of many observers. Humans still haven't given up on throwing
garbage in rivers that can cause flooding. The victims of the flood disaster itself are not minor. Many
people have been injured or died as a result of the floods. However, this is still not enough to raise
awareness for people still littering.

merasa kapok membuang sampah di sungai yang dapat membuat banjir. Padahal, korban dari
bencana banjir itu sendiri tidak sedikit. Telah banyak korban luka-luka maupun meninggal dunia
akibat banjir. Namun, hal tersebut masih belum cukup guna memberi kesadaran pada orang-orang
yang masih saja membuang sampah sembarangan.

3. Reiteration

Struktur terakhir pada teks eksposisi adalah reiteration. Pada berbagai teks lainnya, kita tidak asing
dengan istilah conclusion. Nah, kalau dalam exposition text, namanya adalah reiteration, bagian ini
berisi penutup atau kesimpulan dari penulis terhadap keseluruhan topik yang dibahas di awal.

Bedanya, dalam reiteration, penulis akan memberikan penegasan ulang atau rekomendasi dan saran
terkait tulisan yang mungkin bisa bermanfaat untuk audiens.

Jadi, bencana kabut asap ini akan sangat berdampak negatif bagi warga. Selain mengganggu

With all the problems and challenges, it is imperative for the government to get English back to
elementary school as research shows that the best time to learn a foreign language is from birth to
the age of 10. Other Asian countries, even though they give a high priority to their native languages,
include English in their elementary school curricula. In China, English is a compulsory primary school
subject; meanwhile, Japan has long implemented English language activities starting from the fifth
grade. All ASEAN countries, except Indonesia, apply the same policy of introducing English in
elementary school.

In addition, the government also needs to play a greater role in facilitating the use of English in
public, particularly for rural populations. Media campaigns, regular trainings, and the establishment
of English language centers at which students can study English are among the solutions that the
government can apply for underserved populations.

With the momentum of the Youth Pledge, the government needs to review its commitment
regarding the English language. English should not be viewed as a threat to the existence of Bahasa
Indonesia but an opportunity to prosper in world. It must not be seen as a form of indirect
imperialism but a tool for Indonesia to advance.

In this seemingly borderless world speaking other languages, especially English, is indispensable for
Indonesia if it wants to better improve its economy. And for this reason, former chancellor of the
Federal Republic of Germany, Willy Brandt could not be more right when he once famously
expressed: “If I’m selling to you, I speak your language. But if I’m buying, dann müssen Sie Deutsch
sprechen (then you need to speak German).”
