ABSTRACT
An agency is generally established to achieve goals, to achieve these goals,
agencies must improve the quality of human resources, in essence the potential of human
resources is one of the assets and plays a most important role in achieving agency goals.
The purpose of this study was to find out whether work ability affects ASN
performance at the Secretariat of DPRD Banten Province. to determine the effect of the
work environment on ASN performance at the Secretariat of the DPRD Banten Province.
to determine the effect of work ability and work environment on ASN performance at the
Banten Province DPRD Secretariat.
In this study the researchers used associative research methods with a
quantitative approach. The population in this study the authors used 30 technical
respondents in determining the sample in this study using a saturated sample if all
members of the population are used as samples, this is done if the total population is
relatively small less than 100 , to collect the data through distributing questionnaires, the
data were analyzed using SPSS 25 with a series of data analysis techniques which include
descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear
regression test, test the coefficient of determination, test the hypothesis. The instrument
measurement scale used is the Likert scale.
Based on research with the results of SPSS version 25 calculations, namely the
value of t count is 6.230 and t table is 1,701, meaning that t count > t table (6.230 >
1,701). There is a relationship between work discipline and employee performance, while
the second t value is 4.412 and t table is 1,701, meaning that t count > t table (4.412 >
1,701). There is a relationship between the work environment and employee performance,
and the calculated F value is 10.862 > 3,354. So it can be concluded that f count > f table
(10.862 > 3,354 ) there is a relationship between work discipline and the work
environment simultaneously on employee performance
In this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant simultaneous
influence between work discipline and work environment variables on employee
performance. So, the better the work discipline and work environment in the Civil
Registry Office of Pandeglang Regency, the better the employee performance will be.
