1.1. Petunjuk Keselamatan

* Baca dan pahami semua instruksi dan catatan pada mesin dan buku petunjuk.

* Produk ini harus dioperasikan pada tegangan listrik yang tertera pada buku
petunjuk. Bila Anda tidak yakin tentang tegangan listrik pada tempat Anda,
silahkan menghubungi pusat servis atau kontak PLN terdekat.
*Gunakan kabel listrik yang disertakan bersama mesin. Penggunaan kabel
yang tidak sesuai dapat menyebabkan konsleting, kebakaran atau kerusakan
pada mesin.
* Jangan gunakan mesin bila kabel listrik rusak atau colokan listrik kendor,
karena dapat menyebabkan konsleting, kebakaran dan kerusakan lainnya.
* Bila mesin tidak akan digunakan dalam waktu panjang, copotlah colokan
listrik dari koneksi PLN.

* Jangan memasukkan benda apapun (dari arah manapun) ke dalam mesin,

karena dapat menganggu kerja mekanik mesin dan menyebabkan kerusakan.
* Jangan membongkar mesin. Hubungi atau bawa mesin ke pusat servis bila
Anda membutuhkan bantuan servis.
Membongkar mesin dapat memberikan resiko bahaya terkena arus listrik
atau resiko lainnya kepada Anda. Pemasangan mesin yang salah juga dapat
menyebabkan resiko konsleting listrik dan bahaya lainnya.
* Jangan menggunakan cairan apapun untuk membersihkan mesin.
Gunakan kuas kering untuk membersihkan debu pada mesin. Matikan dan
cabut kabel listrik dari colokan listrik PLN sebelum Anda membersihkan
mesin.

* Jangan letakkan mesin pada area yang dapat terkena air, api, pemanas, debu,
sinar matahari langsung.
* Jangan gunakan mesin pada suhu dan kelembaban yang terlalu tinggi atau
rendah, karena dapat mempengaruhi kinerja mesin dan memberikan hasil
yang tidak akurat.

* Selalu pusatkan perhatian saat mengoperasikan mesin, hindarkan semua

benda yang dapat masuk ke dalam mesin, seperti dasi, rambut, jari, dan
lainnya yang dapat meyebabkan cedera dan kerusakan.
* Hindarkan mesin dari jangkauan anak-anak.
* Bersihkan mesin secara berkala (matikan mesin dan cabut kabel listrik
sebelum membersihkan mesin).
* Pada saat mencabut kabel listrik, jangan hanya menarik kabel secara
langsung, peganglah kepala colokan listrik dan tarik secara perlahan, bila
tidak mengindahkan himbauan/instruksi maka dapat menyebabkan resiko
konsleting, kebakaran, kerusakan lainnya.
* Bila terjadi keadaan yang tidak normal pada mesin, silahkan matikan, lalu
lepaskan colokan listrik dan bawa mesin ke pusat servis resmi.

Mesin terdiri dari beberapa bagian yang perlu diperhatikan, yaitu:

1. Layar Depan & Tombol

Bagian mempunyai layar LCD yang menampilkan hasil penghitungan, nilai nominal,
lembar, fungsi pengendalian, dan lainya.

2. Stacker
Tempat dimana uang yang telah dihitung akan disusun.

3. Hopper.
Bagian ini adalah tempat peletakan uang yang akan dihitung.
Mempunyai sensor yang otomatis akan memulai proses penghitungan saat uang
diletakkan (pada sistem Auto).

4. Tombol Emergency Stop

Tombol penyelamat bila membutuhkan mesin untuk berhenti dengan segera pada saat
proses penghitungan. Setelah tombol ditekan, maka dapat menekan tombol Start untuk
memulai lagi atau matikan mesin terlebih dahulu.

5. Layar Samping
Layar pembantu untuk melihat hasil penghitungan dan tampilan fungsi dari posisi
samping.

6. Tombol On/Off
Tekan ke arah “0” untuk mematikan mesin dan “-“ untuk menyalakan mesin.

7. Sambungan Listrik
Hubungkan kabel listrik pada bagian ini.

8. Sambungan Mini USB

Hubungkan dengan printer (printer dijual terpisah).

9. Sambungan Layar Eksternal

Sambungkan bagian ini dengan layar eksternal.

10. Sekrup Penyetelan Hopper

Digunakan untuk penyetelan posisi roll (hubungi pusat servis untuk penyetelan).

11. Sambungan USB

Hanya digunakan oleh pihak teknisi (untuk proses upgrade software).
3.1. Penjelasan Tombol

Start : Untuk memulai proses penghitungan (pada sistem Manual).

C : Untuk menghapus memory penghitungan.
Add : Untuk mengakumulasi jumlah penghitungan.
Batch : Untuk menetapkan jumlah lembar yang akan dihitung.
Catatan: Fungsi Batch tidak dapat digunakan pada sistem penghitungan MIX.
+1 / -1 : Untuk menambah atau mengurangi jumlah Batch.
Denom : Untuk menset denominasi uang yang akan dihitung secara manual.
(tekan tombol +1 dan -1 untuk memilih denominasi)
Auto St. : Untuk memilih proses mulainya penghitungan secara otomatis atau manual.
Voice/P : -Fungsi suara.
Bila dihidupkan, maka mesin akan mengeluarkan suara pada saat ada pesan
kesalahan.
-Fungsi Cetak (Print)
Tekan dan tahan selama 2 detik untuk mencetak hasil penghitungan.
M/S/C : M = Mix – Penghitungan Nominal Campur, dapat mencampur uang dengan
nominal IDR 10.000; 20.000; 50.000; 100.000.
S = Sort – Penghitungan Nominal Tunggal, mesin hanya akan menghitung
nominal uang yang pertama kali masuk ke dalam mesin. Dapat digunakan
untuk nominal IDR 10.000; 20.000; 50.000; 100.000.
C = Count – Penghitungan Lembar, mesin tidak mendeteksi nominal atau
denominasi uang. Fungsi deteksi UV & MG dihidupkan secara manual.
UV : Fungsi deteksi UV (ultraviolet).
MG : Fungsi deteksi MG (Magnetic).

4. Cara Pengoperasian

4.1. Sambungan Listrik

Hubungkan kabel listrik ke mesin dan hubungkan kabel dengan sumber listrik (PLN), tekan
tombol ke arah ON. Mesin akan menyala dan tunggu mesin melakukan pengecekan otomatis
(roller akan berputar pada saat ini). Layar LCD akan menampilkan angka “0” saat mesin telah
siap untuk digunakan.

4.2. Cara Penghitungan

BILL COUNTER WORLD
Catatan: Terdapat dua pilihan untuk memulai proses penghitungan, yaitu: Otomatis
dan Manual.
- Proses Otomatis : Mesin akan otomatis memulai proses penghitungan saat lembar uang
diletakkan pada bagian hopper.
- Proses Manual : Mesin akan memulai proses penghitungan saat lembar uang
diletakkan pada bagian hopper dan menekan tombol Start.

Catatan :
* Tekan tombol “Auto St.” untuk memilih proses memulai secara otomatis atau manual.
Pada pilihan Auto, layar LCD akan menampilkan “AUTO”.
Pada pilihan Manual, layar LCD akan menampilkan “MNL”.

Uang kertas harus diletakkan dengan prosedur yang benar agar mendapatkan hasil
penghitungan yang akurat, mohon perhatikan :

1. Letakkan tumpukan uang pada bagian hopper seperti gambar posisi 1.

2. Dorong secara perlahan tumpukan uang ke arah posisi 2.

Hasil penghitungan akan ditampilkan pada layar LCD. Layar samping dan layar eksternal
akan menampilkan angka yang sama.
4.3. Macam Penghitungan
Pengguna mempunyai 4 pilihan macam penghitungan:

MIX, dipilih dengan tombol M/S/C.

Pada pilihan MIX, mesin akan secara otomatis dapat membaca denominasi Rupiah campur.
Pengguna dapat mencampur denominasi Rp 10.000; 20.000; 50.000; 100.000. Jumlah total
dan jumlah lembar per denominasi akan tampil pada layar LCD.

SORT, dipilih dengan tombol M/S/C.

Pada pilihan SORT, mesin akan secara otomatis dapat membaca denominasi Rupiah untuk
denominasi tunggal. Denominasi yang akan dibaca adalah lembar yang pertama dihitung.
Pengguna dapat menggunakan pilihan SORT untuk denominasi Rp 10.000; 20.000; 50.000;
100.000. Jumlah total dan jumlah lembar per denominasi akan tampil pada layar LCD.
Catatan: Bila pada tumpukan uang terdapat denominasi yang berbeda dengan lembar pertama
yang dibaca mesin, maka mesin akan berhenti dan menampilkan pesan error.

COUNT, dipilih dengan tombol M/S/C.

Pada pilihan COUNT, mesin tidak membaca nominal Rupiah dan hanya menghitung jumlah
lembar. Untuk fungsi deteksi UV dan MG perlu dihidupkan/dimatikan secara manual dengan
menekan tombol UV dan MG.

DENOM, dipilih dengan tombol DENOM dan tekan tombol +1 and -1 untuk memilih
denominasi Rupiah yang akan dihitung.
Pada pilihan DENOM, pengguna secara manual menetapkan denominasi apa yang akan
dihitung, dapat digunakan untuk denominasi Rp 1.000; 2.000; 5.000; 10.000; 20.000; 50.000;
100.000

4.4. Pencetakan Hasil Penghitungan

Mesin dilengkapi fungsi pencetakan hasil penghitungan.
Hubungkan mesin dengan printer, setelah selesai proses penghitungan, tekan dan tahan
tombol VOICE/P selama beberapa detik untuk mencetak.
Catatan: Printer dijual terpisah.
4.5. Deteksi Uang Palsu

* Deteksi UV (Ultraviolet)
------ Digunakan untuk mendeteksi keaslian uang kertas yang mempunyai fitur UV.
-Pada saat proses penghitungan, bila mesin menemukan uang palsu melalui fitur UV, maka
mesin akan berhenti dan mengeluarkan suara, pada layar LCD akan tampil pesan error E-17
dan indikator UV akan berkedip, hal ini memberikan peringatan adanya uang yang dicurigai
palsu. Uang yang dicurigai palsu adalah pada posisi terakhir pada stacker. Ambil uang yang
dicurigai palsu dan teliti kembali, tekan Start untuk melanjutkan.

* Deteksi MG (Magnetik) & Spectrum-Analysis

------ Digunakan untuk mendeteksi keaslian uang kertas yang mempunyai fitur Magnetik.
-Pada saat proses penghitungan, bila mesin menemukan uang palsu melalui fitur MG, maka
mesin akan berhenti dan mengeluarkan suara, pada layar LCD akan tampil pesan error E-18
dan indikator MG akan berkedip, hal ini memberikan peringatan adanya uang yang dicurigai
palsu. Uang yang dicurigai palsu adalah pada posisi terakhir pada stacker. Ambil uang yang
dicurigai palsu dan teliti kembali, tekan Start untuk melanjutkan.

Catatan: Tingkat sensitifitas UV dan MG dapat disetel melalui menu lanjutan pada mesin.
Semua mesin telah diset dengan standard dari pabrikasi, pengguna tidak disarankan untuk
mengganti sendiri.
Silahkan hubungi pusat servis bila membutuhkan bantuan lebih lanjut.

4.6. Parameter Deteksi Rupiah (IDR) & Mata Uang Lainnya
 IDR 10.000; 20.000; 50.000; 100.000
Mempunyai parameter UV (Ultraviolet) & MG (Magnetik).
Dapat dihitung dengan pilihan MIX, SORT, COUNT, DENOM.

 IDR 1.000; 2.000; 5.000

Mempunyai parameter UV (Ultraviolet), tanpa parameter MG (magnetik).
Dapat dihitung dengan pilihan COUNT, DENOM.
Catatan: Matikan deteksi MG saat penghitung denominasi ini.

 Mata Uang Lainnya

Dapat dihitung dengan pilihan COUNT.
Catatan: Pengguna perlu mengerti deteksi UV dan/atau MG yang sesuai untuk
digunakan. Bila uang yang dihitung tidak mempunyai parameter MG, maka matikan
deteksi MG saat penghitungan.
5. Pesan Kesalahan dan Solusi

E-10= Uang terjepit.

Ambil uang dari mesin, ada kemungkinan terjepit di bagian tengah.

E-11= Ada lembar ganda yang terdeteksi oleh system IR (Infrared).

Ambil uang yang terakhir, kemungkinan ketebalannya tidak sama atau terlalu lusuh.

E-15=Ukuran uang tidak sama.

Ambil uang yang terakhir, kemungkinan ukurannya tidak sama atau terlipat.

E-17 = Uang dicurigai palsu oleh sistem deteksi UV (Ultraviolet).

Ambil uang untuk diteliti, bila terlalu sering terjadi pada uang asli maka perlu dilakukan
penyetelan.

E-18 = Uang dicurigai palsu oleh sistem deteksi MG (Magnetic) & SA (Spectrum Analysis).
Ambil uang untuk diteliti, bila terlalu sering terjadi pada uang asli maka perlu dilakukan
penyetelan.

E-19 = Ukuran uang tidak sama.

Ambil uang yang terakhir, kemungkinan ukurannya tidak sama atau terlipat.

E-20= Masalah pada Motor.

Periksa koneksi semua motor, bila koneksi benar maka perlu ganti motor.

E-22 = Posisi uang miring, terdeteksi oleh sistem IR (Infrared).

Ambil uang, rapikan dan ulangi proses penghitungan kembali.

E-23= Posisi uang bersambung saat penghitungan, terdeteksi oleh sistem IR (Infrared).
Ambi uang dan rapikan, cek hopper, kencangkan sekrup penyetelan hopper.

E-26= Masalah pada sensor penghitungan sebelah kiri.

Bersihkan dari debu atau ganti sensor.

E-27= Masalah pada sensor penghitungan sebelah kanan

Bersihkan dari debu atau ganti sensor.

E-29= Masalah pada sensor transmit.

Bersihkan dari debu atau ganti sensor.

E-30= Masalah pada receiving sensor.

Bersihkan dari debu atau ganti sensor.

E-32= Masalah pada speed sensor.

Bersihkan dari debu atau ganti sensor.
E-33= Deteksi uang tidak normal/terpotong, terdeteksi oleh sistem IR (Infrared).
Ambil uang, cek & rapikan dan ulangi proses penghitungan kembali.

Tingkat Kesalahan Penerimaan

Mesin dapat memberikan pesan kesalahan yang tidak benar, disebabkan oleh:
 Posisi uang miring saat peletakan uang pada bagian hopper.
 Parameter uang tidak normal (tercuci, terdapat isolasi, kotor, terpotong, terlipat, lusuh
dan lain-lain).
Berdasar pada penelitian pabrikasi, tingkat kesalahan penerimaan dibawah 0.1%.

6. Penyetelan Hopper

- Bila hasil penghitungan sering salah atau peletakan uang bermasalah, maka perlu dilakukan
penyetelan hopper.
Setel hopper dengan memutar Sekrup Penyetelan Hopper yang terletak di belakang mesin
untuk mendapatkan posisi hopper yang paling tepat.
- Putar sekrup searah jarum jam untuk mengencangkan posisi (biasanya dilakukan bila hasil
penghitungan kurang dari jumlah yang seharusnya).
- Putar sekrup berlawanan arah jarum jam untuk mengendurkan posisi hopper.

Catatan: Putar sekrup setengah putaran dan tes hasilnya, sebelum menambah putaran lebih
lanjut (jangan langsung memutar banyak putaran).

7. Pemeliharaan

Pengguna disarankan untuk melakukan pemeliharaan berkala dengan membersihkan mesin

untuk menjaga kinerja mesin yang prima.
Setelah pemakaian beberapa waktu, bersihkan bagian dalam mesin dengan membuka panel
atas (hubungi pusat servis bila Anda tidak mengetahui cara membukanya), gunakan kuas yang
bersih dan kering untuk membersihkan debu dan kotoran. Pasang kembali panel atas dengan
benar setelah selesai membersihkan.
Bersihkan sensor pada hopper dan stacker dengan kuas yang bersih dan kering.
Bersihkan bagian luar mesin dengan lap kain yang lembab dan lap kain kering setelahnya.
Catatan:
- Matikan mesin dan lepaskan kabel listrik dari sambungannya sebelum mulai membersihkan
mesin.
- Jangan menggunakan cairan apapun untuk membersihkan bagian dalam mesin dan sensor.
- Hubungi pusat servis untuk bantuan lebih lanjut.

Before using the machine, please read carefully and pay attention to this manual. It is
important for users to understand how to operate the machine correctly and safely.

1.1. Safety Instruction

* Read and understand all of the instructions and warnings about the machine in the manual.

* This product should be operated only from the type of power source
indicated in the user’s guide. If you are not sure of the type of power supply
in your location, consult your dealer or local power company.
* Only use the cable provided with the unit. The use of other cables may result
in electric shock, fire or cause serious damage to the unit.
* Do not use the unit if the power cord is damaged or if the plug socket contact
is loose. Not following these instructions may result in electric shock, fire or
other hazards.
* When not using the unit for a long period of time, remove the power plug
from the wall outlet.

* Never put any object inside of the machine from any directions, since they
may obstruct the machine’s mechanical movement and result in serious
damage.
* Do not disassemble the machine. Contact or take it to qualified service
personnel or service center when service or repair work is required.
Opening or removing covers may expose you to dangerous voltages or other
risks. Incorrect reassembly can cause electric shock or other damage.
* Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaner. Use a brush for cleaning. Turn
off and unplug this product from the wall outlet before cleaning.

* Do not put this product in an area where it may be exposed to water/liquids,

fire, heater, dust, direct sun light.
* Do not operate the unit in areas with high temperature or high humidity since
it may cause the machine to work in correctly or give an inaccurate result.

* Always pay attention when operating the machine, do not let any objects as
tie, hair, finger, get into the machine as machine’s mechanical movement
may cause injury and damage.
* Always keep out of the reach of children.
* Clean the machine frequently (switching off and unplugging of the machine
before cleaning).
* When unplugging the power plug, do not pull it by the cord but rather grip
the plug and pull it out. Not following this instruction may result in electric
shock, fire or damage to the unit.
* Unplug this product from the wall outlet and refer servicing to qualified
service personnel under abnormal conditions.

The machine consists of several parts the user needs to acknowledge, which are listed below:

1. Front LCD Display & Buttons

This part has the LCD to display counted notes, value, functions and controlling
buttons

2. Stacker
The counted bills will be stacked on this part.

3. Hopper
This part is for placing the bills to be counted. It has an auto-start sensor which will
make the machine start to work when the bills are put in the Hopper (under Auto
Mode).

4. Emergency Stop Button

Press this button if an emergency stop is needed during counting process. Turn off the
machine after stopping for needed further actions or pressing Start button to continue
the counting process.

5. Side LCD Display

Showing the same numbers and functions as the front LCD display.

6. On/Off Switch.
‘0’ side for power off, ‘-‘ side for power on.

7. Power Port
To connect to AC power cord.

8. Mini USB Port

To connect to printer (printer is sold separately).

9. External Display Port

To connect to external display.

10. Hopper Adjustment Screw

To adjust the hopper position (feeding rollers distance).

11. USB Port

Only for technician usage, for software upgrading.
3.1. Control Buttons

Start : To start counting process (under Manual Mode).

C : To clear counting memory.
Add : To set accumulation counting.
Batch : To set batching counting.
Note: Batch function is not available under MIX counting mode.
+1 / -1 : To add or subtract batching numbers.
Denom : To manually select denomination to be counted
(use buttons +1 and -1 to select denominations)
Auto St. : To select automatic starting or manual starting.
Voice/P : -To open/close voice indicator.
-To print counting result. Press and hold for 2 seconds to print.
M/S/C : M = Mix counting (user can mix IDR 10.000; 20.000; 50.000; 100.000).
S = Sort counting ( the device will only accept the same notes as the first
note counted, applicable for IDR 10.000; 20.000; 50.000; 100.000).
C = Count, device does not read note’s value
(UV & MG should be manually selected).
UV : To set on/off UV counterfeit detection method
MG : To set on/off MG counterfeit detection method

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Power Up

Connect the power cord to the machine (power outlet), then plug it to apower source and turn
the switch on; the unit will conduct a self-check by spanning the feeding roller. The counter
display will show “ 0 ”when the unit is ready <the machine is in its normal working
condition>.

4.2. Counting Instruction

BILL COUNTER WORLD
Note: There are two kinds of starting modes: Automatic and Manual.
-Automatic Mode : Machine will start counting process automatically when banknotes
are put in the hopper.
-Manual Mode : Machine will start counting process after banknotes are put in the
hopper and “Start” button is pressed.

Note:
* Press the “Auto St.” button to change between Auto or Manual start mode.
Auto Mode, the LCD screen will show “AUTO.”
Manual Mode, the LCD screen will show “MNL.”

In auto mode, once the bills are correctly placed in the hopper, the machine will start counting
automatically. The number of counted bills and their value will be shown on the LCD display.

In Manual-Mode, after placing the bills, press “Start” to start counting.

Bills should be correctly placed as indicated in the following steps:

Place the bills between the counting guides as shown in the figure below:
1. Put the bills in the hopper like the shown picture above as position 1.
2. Swiftly, push the bills back to position 2.

The counting process and result will be shown on the display of the machine. The external
display is showing the same number as shown on the machine’s display.

4.3. Counting Mode

User can have 4 kinds of counting modes:

MIX, select by pressing button M/S/C.

Under MIX mode, the device will automatically set for IDR mix counting. User can mix
denominations of IDR 10.000; 20.000; 50.000; 100.000. Total amount and total pieces per
denomination will be shown on the LCD screen

SORT, select by pressing button M/S/C.

Under SORT mode, the device will automatically set for IDR single denomination counting,
according to the first note counted. User can SORT mode for denominations of IDR 10.000;
20.000; 50.000; 100.000.The total amount and total pieces of the denomination will be shown
on the LCD screen.

COUNT, select by pressing button M/S/C.

Under COUNT mode, the device will turn off the function of IDR value reading and only
count for pieces of notes;user should turn on counterfeit detection methods of UV (Ultraviolet)
and/or MG (Magnetic) manually by pressing the buttons.

DENOM, select by pressing button Denom. and press +1 and -1 to select denomination.
Under DENOM mode, user can manually select which denomination is to be counted,
applicable for IDR 1.000; 2.000; 5.000; 10.000; 20.000; 50.000; 100.000

4.4. Printing
To print counting result. Connect printer to the device, after counting process, press and hold
VOICE/P button for 2 seconds to print.
Note: Printer is sold separately.
4.5. Counterfeit Detections

* UV Detection Function
------ Used to check all kinds of banknotes which contain UV features.
-If the machine detects a counterfeit note when counting, it will stop and emit a beeping
sound, while the batch display will show the message “E-17” and the UV indicator will blink
and give voice indicator, alerting the user the presence of a suspicious bill. The dubious bill
will always be the last note on the stacker. Remove the suspicious bill, and press the “START”
button to continue.

* MG (Magnetic) & Spectrum-Analysis detection function

------ Used to check all kinds of banknotes which contain MG features.
-If the machine detects a counterfeit note when counting, it will stop and emit a beeping
sound, while the batch display will show the message “E-18” and the indicator will blink and
give voice indicator, alerting the user the presence of a suspicious bill. The suspicious bill will
always be the last one on the stacker. Remove the dubious bill, and press the “START” button
to continue.

Note: Sensitivity of UV and MG can be adjusted inside the machine’s setting. As all
machines have been set from the factory, it is not recommended for users to change the
setting by themselves.

4.6. Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) & Other Notes - Detection Parameters
 IDR 10.000; 20.000; 50.000; 100.000
All have UV (Ultraviolet) & MG (Magnetic) parameters.
Can be counted and detected using MIX, SORT, COUNT, DENOM. modes

 IDR 1.000; 2.000; 5.000

Have UV (Ultraviolet) parameter, without MG (magnetic) parameter.
Can be counted using COUNT, DENOM modes.
Note: User should turn off the MG function while counting these denominations.

 Other currencies
Can be counted using COUNT modes.
Note: User should acknowledge whether UV and/or MG detection methods are
suitable or not. If the notes do not have MG parameter, then please turn off the MG
while counting.
5. Error Messages and Solutions

E-10= Paper jam

Take the bill from the machine; it might jam in the middle.

E-11=Double note detected by IR system

Take the last counting bill for inspection; the thickness is not same as the previous passed note.

E-15=Size not same as previous passed note.

Take the last counting bill for inspection; the size is different from the previously passed note.

E-17 = Suspicious bill detected by UV (Ultraviolet) system

Take the bill for inspection; adjustment may be applied to adjust the sensitivity of the UV

E-18 = Suspicious bill detected by MG (Magnetic) &SA (Spectrum Analysis) system

Take the bill for inspection; adjustment may be applied to adjust sensitivity of the MG & SA

E-19 = Bill’s dimension is not normallydetected by IR system

Take the bill for inspection; the color must be different from the previously passed note.

E-20= Motor problem

Check the big & small motor connector first, if there’s no problem with the connector, then
need to change the motor.

E-22 = Slant/tilt note detected by IR system

Take the notes ,and put it in order, then begin counting.

E-23= Chain note detected by IR system

Check the hopper, tighten the hopper by adjusting the screw

E-26= Left counting sensor problem

Clean the dust with a brush or change the sensor.

E-27= Right counting sensor problem

Clean the dust with a brush or change the sensor.

E-29= Transmitting sensor problem

Clean the dust with a brush or change the sensor.

E-30= Receiving sensor problem

Clean the dust with a brush or change the sensor.

E-32= Speed sensor problem

Clean the dust with a brush or change the sensor.

E-33= Half note detected by IR system

Take the note from the machine and check note’s size, it might not be normal, so try to count
again.

False Acceptance Rate (FAR)

The device might give false error message due to below reasons:
 Slant or tilt position when placing the notes.
 Defective on notes (washed, tapes, dirty, cut, curled, etc.).
According to factory research & testing, the device’s FAR is below 0.1%.

6. Hopper Adjustment

- When counting result is incorrect or improper feeding of bills occur soften, it is necessary to
adjust the hopper.
Adjust the hopper by turning the Hopper Adjuster Screw located in the back of the machine to
get a proper feeding distance.
- Turn it to clockwise direction to increase the thickness (Usually when counting result is less
than the real pieces it should be)
- Turn it to anti-clockwise direction to decrease the thickness

Note: Turn the screw half round and test the result before turning more.

7. Maintenance

It is recommended that user maintains the cleanness of the machine to keep good performance
of the machine.
After a period of use, clean the inside parts of the unit by opening the upper cover (please ask
your dealer or service center if you are not sure how to open) and use a dry and clean brush to
wipe off the dirt and dust. Put the top cover back in its correct position after cleaning.
Clean the sensors on the hopper and stacker using a dry and clean brush.
Clean the cover side of the machine using a damp cloth and wipe dry after cleaning.
Warning:
- Turn off the machine and unplug the power cord before the cleaning process.
- Do not use any kind of liquid to clean the inside parts and sensors.
- Contact your local dealer or authorized service center for further help.
