 Sosialisasi/Entry Meeting Penilaian PIPK Setjen

Opsi Konsep Acara:

1. Merupakan sosialisasi penilaian dan sosialisasi Tabel A dan B penilaian PIPK kepada
unit sampel saja
2. Merupakan sosilasisasi penerapan PIPK untuk seluruh satker setjen.
3. Hanya entry meeting kepada unit sampel seperti biasa

Apakah sebaiknya diadakan setelah entry meeting PIPK Kemenkeu?

 Catatan Rapat
1. Beni:
a. Tidak semua satker memiliki rincian BAST. Perlu disepakati lebih lanjut
terkait perlakuan saat penilaian.
b. Apakah Rocankeu dan Bagian Keuangan meyakini bahwa BAST di seluruh
kemenkeu memiliki rincian BAST?
2. Dekri:
A. Seharusnya Bagian Keuangan mengupayakan menyeragamkan untuk lingkup
setjen
B. Perlu komunikasi ND penetapan rocan ke bagian keuangan agar
mensosialisasikan ke seluruh satker
C. Bisa diusulkan ditambahkan pengecekan belanja pemeliharaan pada langkah2
penilaia di table A
3. Iman: Laporan Barang Intrakomptabel agar per sub-sub Kelompok Barang
4. Titis : Perlu segera menginfokan ke unit sampel untuk persiapan dokumen
penilaian PIPK. Putri : Di Ndkan terlebih dahulu ke unit2 sampel terkait ND
rocan dan dokumen yang perlu disiapkan.
