 Tata Tertib Training Volunteer SM
2021
1. Meluruskan niat dan ikhlas karena Allah SWT.
2. Peserta diperkenankan untuk menyalakan kamera selama kegiatan berlangsung.
3. Peserta diharapkan media elektronik seperti menggunakan laptop/pc saat
mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan, atau menggunakan handphone / gadget lain bila
tidak bisa menggunakan komputer
4. Peserta Training Volunteer diharapkan merename dengan Format:
Volunteer_Nama Lengkap dan Panitia Salam Mengabdi diharapkan merename
dengan format : Divisi_Nama Lengkap
5. Mengikuti seluruh rangkaian kegiatan secara penuh dan sungguh - sungguh
selama waktu yang telah dijadwalkan.
6. Segala keadaan mendesak yang menyebabkan ketidakhadiran, kepasifan,
keterlambatan dan kendala apapun selama acara harus mendapatkan perizinan
terlebih dahulu kepada Panitia/ Host pada Zoom Meeting.
 Tata Tertib dalam Mengajukan Pertanyaan

1. Peserta yang ingin mengajukan pertanyaan diperkenankan untuk menggunakan

fitur Raise Hand sebelum mengajukan pertanyaan.
2. Peserta dapat langsung menyalakan Mic untuk bertanya kepada pembicara
3. Peserta dapat mengajukan pertanyaan melalui kolom komentar di Platform Zoom.
4. Moderator akan membacakan pertanyaan yang diajukan ataupun mempersilahkan
peserta untuk open mic jika berkenan.
5. Panitia membebaskan pembicara untuk langsung menjawab setiap pertanyaan
yang diajukan atau pun menghimpunnya terlebih dahulu dan dijawab diakhir.

● Masing-masing peserta diberikan waktu selama 5 menit untuk registrasi ke dalam web Quizizz yang akan
diberikan oleh panitia.
● Permainan ini bersifat Pribadi bukan Per-Kelompok.
● Peserta diizinkan oleh Panitia untuk menggunakan nama semenarik mungkin.
● Waktu permainan selama 15 menit.
● Terdapat 20 pertanyaan yang akan diujikan.
● 3 orang teratas akan dijadikan sebagai pemenang.
● Panitia akan mengakumulasikan poin untuk menentukan juara yang akan diumumkan di akhir Acara.
 Teknis dan Peraturan
● Seluruh Peserta mengisi Post-it dan menempelkannya di papan yang sudah disiapkan oleh Panitia.
● Terdapat 3 sesi pertanyaan yang akan diberikan oleh Panitia, dengan setiap sesi waktu pengerjaan
10 menit.
● Ketentuan Pengisian :
○ Pada Pertanyaan 1, seluruh peserta mengisi nama dan pesan untuk SM setelah akhir
acara.
○ Pada Pertanyaan 2, seluruh peserta mengisi kenangan dan keseruan yang mereka rasakan
di SM.
○ Pada Pertanyaan 3, seluruh peserta mengisi negara atau tempat yang mereka tuju di atas
peta dunia yang akan panitia berikan.
