Persediaan (Just In Tim
Sistem produksi tepat waktu (Just In Time) adalah prinsipnya
hanya memproduksi jenis-jenis barang yang diminta sejumlah
yang diperlukan dan pada saat dibutuhkan oleh konsumen.
Pembelian bahan baku dan pembuatan produk dilakukan
untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan.
 Konsep pokok Just In Time
● Produksi Just In Time (JIT), adalah memproduksi apa
yangdibutuhkan hanya pada saat dibutuhkan dan dalam
jumlahyang diperlukan.

● Autonomasi merupakan suatu unit pengendalian cacat secara

otomatis yang tidak memungkinkan unit cacat mengalir ke
proses berikutnya.

● Tenaga kerja fleksibel, maksudnya adalah mengubah-ubah

jumlah pekerja sesuai dengan fluktuasi permintaan.

● Berpikir kreatif dan menampung saran-saran karyawan

 PENERAPAN JUST IN TIME (JIT)
JIT dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai bidang fungsional perusahaan diantaranya adalah :

1. Pembelian JIT adalah sistem penjadwalan pengadaan barang dengan cara sedemikian rupa
sehingga dapat dilakukan penyerahan segera untuk memenuhi permintaan atau penggunaan.

Pembelian dengan JIT dapat mengurangi waktu dan biaya yang berhubungan dengan aktivitas
pembelian dengan cara :

● Mengurangi jumlah pemasok Mengurangi atau mengeliminasi waktu dan biaya negosiasi dengan
pemasok.

● Memiliki pembeli atau pelanggan dengan program pembelian yang mapan.

● Mengeliminasi atau mengurangi kegiatan dan biaya yang tidak bernilai tambah.

● Mengurangi waktu dan biaya untuk program-program pemeriksaan mutu.

 PENERAPAN JUST IN TIME (JIT)
JIT dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai bidang fungsional perusahaan diantaranya adalah :

mutu, dan jumlahnya sesuai dengan yang diperlukan oleh tahap produksi berikutnya atau sesuai
dengan memenuhi permintaan pelanggan.

Produksi JIT dapat mengurangi biaya produksi dengan cara:

● Mengurangi atau meniadakan barang dalam proses

● Mengurangi atau meniadakan “Lead Time”(waktu tunggu)

● Mengurangi biaya setup mesin-mesin pada setiap tahapan pengolahan produk(workstation).

● Penyederhanaan pengolahan produk sehingga aktivitas produksi yang tidak bernilai tambah dapat
dieliminasi.
 Perusahaan menggunakan produksi JIT meningkatkan
efesiensi dibidang
