 MITOSIS
• MITOSIS adalah pembelahan sel yang terjadi pada sel
tubuh (sel somatik). Hasil mitosis adalah 2 sel anak.
• Pada mitosis terjadi pembagian genom sel kepada
dua sel anak.
• Pembagian genom sel dapat diamati dengan
pembagian kromosom di bawah mikroskop.
• Untuk membagi kromosom kepada dua sel anak,
terdapat fase-fase dalam mitosis yaitu : profase,
metafase, anafase, dan telofase
