 PENDAHULUAN
Kasus kekerasan seksual yang menimpa anak-anak di
bawah umur menempati urutan kedua setelah kekerasan
Psikologis.

Menurut Komnas Perlindungan Anak pada tahun 2006

600 lebih kekerasan seksual, 28% adalah sodomi.

Mulyadi, Seto. (2006). Saatnya untuk Menghentikan Tindak kekerasan pada Anak.

Definisi Pedofilia
Berasal dari bahasa Yunani:
paidophilia—pais "anak-anak" dan,
philia, "cinta yang bersahabat" atau "persahabatan.

Pedofiia
Didefinisikan sebagai gangguan kejiwaan pada orang
dewasa atau remaja yang telah mulai dewasa
(pribadi dengan usia 16 atau lebih tua) biasanya ditandai
dengan suatu kepentingan seksual primer atau eksklusif
pada anak prapuber (umumnya usia 13 tahun atau lebih
muda, walaupun pubertas dapat bervariasi).

Pedofilia adalah parafilia di mana seseorang memiliki hubungan

yang kuat dan berulang terhadap dorongan seksual dan fantasi
tentang anak-anak prapuber dan di mana perasaan mereka
memiliki salah satu peran atau yang menyebabkan penderitaan
atau kesulitan interpersonal

 Klasifikasi
Dalam DSM-IV-TR pedofilia dapat dispesifikasikan dalam
beberapa kelompok antara lain: (a) Sexually attracted to
male, (b) Sexually attracted to female, (c) Sexually attracted
to both, (d) Limited to incest, (e) Exclusive type,
(f) Nonexclusive type.

Infantofilia, atau nepiofilia, digunakan untuk merujuk pada

preferensi seksual untuk bayi dan balita (biasanya umur 0-3)

Informasi berikut ini adalah contoh beberapa teori yang telah diusulkan
dan dipelajari:

01 Perbedaan Neuropsikiatri
Intelegensi rendah, individu kidal, gangguan kognitif, perbedaan neuroendokrin,
dan kelainan otak (perbedaan pada pronto-kortikal atau kelainan pronto-kortikal.)

Gangguan kontrol impuls:

Factor penyebab tertinggi (contoh: gangguan kepribadian eksplosif, kleptomania,
pyromania, judi patologis) telah ditemukan pada pedofilia (30% - 55%).
Psikodinamik
Penelitian oleh Schiffer et al, menggunakan “voxel-based
morphometry magnetic resonance imaging techniques” pada
18 orang dengan pedofilia:

Ditemukan penurunan volume “gray matter” bilateral di striatum ventra,

insula, orbitofrontal cortex, dan otak kecil pada seorang pedofil.

serupa dengan penelitian pencitraan lain: didapatkan perubahan pada

unilateral dan bilateral lobus frontalis, lobus temporal, dan cerebellar
pada seorang pedofil

02 Faktor Sosial atau Lingkungan

“victim-to-abuser cycle” atau “abused-abusers phenomena”.

Faktor lingkungan meningkatkan kemungkinan individu menjadi seorang pelaku

pedofil jika ia pernah mengalami pelecehan seksual pada masa kanak-kanak.
Karakter Pedofilia
pedofil tidak menggunakan kekerasan untuk mendekati atau memiliki anak-anak yang akan terlibat dalam kegiatan
seksualnya tetapi mengandalkan berbagai bentuk manipulasi dan psikis desensitisasi (misalnya, menyentuh,
menampilkan pornografi anak-anak)

Pedofil mungkin terlibat dalam berbagai tindakan seksual dengan anak-anak.

Kegiatan tersebut antara lain :

• Kegiatan ini bervariasi dari mulai mengekspos diri mereka sendiri kepada anak-anak
(eksibisionisme)
membuka baju anak,
• mencari anak-anak yang telanjang (voyeurisme), atau masturbasi dalam.
• Kehadiran anak-anak untuk kontak fisik yang lebih mengganggu, seperti menggosok alat kelamin
mereka terhadap seorang anak (frotteurism),
• cumbuan anak, terlibat dalam seks oral, atau penetrasi dari mulut, anus, dan / atau vagina.

kontak seksual terbatas saat remaja, percobaan
banyak dan beresiko tinggi.

Menjadikan anak sebagai preferensi seksual

dengan teman sebaya.

Memiliki teknik berkembang dengan baik

dalam mendapat korban
Berhubungan baik dengan anak, punya akses ke
anak, aktivitas sering dengan anak.

Fantasi seksual yang difokuskan pada anak-anak

Mengkoleksi pornografi anak/erotika anak,
memfoto anak-anak.
