Definisi Sinergi
Sinergi bisa diartikan dalam lingkup luas dan
sempit. Dalam lingkup luas atau biasa digunakan
dalam konteks bisnis dalam perusahaan, sinergi
diartikan sebagai sebuah kegiatan berupa merger
(penggabungan) atau akuisisi yang dinilai mampu
membentuk sebuah perusahaan semakin besar.
Dalam lingkup sempit, sinergi dapat terjadi pada
individu maupun divisi atau departemen dalam
sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan. (Thiwul 2022).
