 Pengertian Team Multidisiplin atau Team Interprofesi

Multidisiplin adalah suatu istilah yang digunakan untuk tim perlawanan paliatif,
tetapi jika individu bekerja secara independen dan tidak ada pertemuan team
reguler, perawatan pasien dapat terjadi terpecah-pecah dan saling bertentangan
yang diberikan kepada pasien dan keluarga.

Interprofesional adalah istilah yang digunakan untuk team yang bertemu teratur
untuk membahas perawatan pasien dan mengembangkan rencana manajemen
terpadu untuk setiap pasien dan memberikan dukungan untuk anggota team
lainnya.

` Sebagai seorang perawat, pada saat menjalankan
tugasnya, perawat tidak bisa melakukannya
sendiri, perawat akan berkolaborasi dengan tenaga
medis lainnya seperti dokter, analis kesehatan, ahli
gizi, apoteker, farmasi dan yang lainnya. Oleh
karena itu, perawat harus mengerti dan memahami
manfaat, prinsip dan kaitan kolaborasi dengan
patient safety sehingga tujuan asuhan keperawatan
terhadap pasien dapat tercapai (Syafridayani,
2019).
Peran profesi anda pada pasien tersebut dan
apa rencana yang kalian akan lakukan
kepada team medis lainnya untuk dapat
membantu pasien tersebut.

Perawat memiliki peran penting dalam membantu activities of daily
living (ADL) pasien stroke. Tindakan perawat tersebut adalah
mengkaji kebutuhan pasien yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan
umum pasien. Pengkajian menjadi hal penting untuk menentukan
intervensi dan implementasi keperawatan secara tepat. Apabila
perawat tidak melakukan asuhan keperawatan terkait ADL kepada
pasien stroke, maka dapat menghambat pemenuhan kebutuhan pasien.
Hal ini menunjukkan adanya kemunduran kemandirian pasien.
Dampak lain adalah terjadinya depresi pada pasien stroke karena
merasa tidak bisa melakukan apa-apa serta depresi pada orang yang
membantu merawat pasien (Latifah et al., 2018).
