Budaya Organisasi

budaya organisasi adalah suatu karakteristik

yang ada di suatu kelompok dan digunakan
sebagai ,tuntunan suatu organisasi dalam
berperilaku serta membedakannya dengan
kelompok lain. Artinya, budaya organisasi
merupakan suatu normal dan nilai-nilai
perilaku yang harus dipahami dan dipatuhi
oleh kelompok orang yang menganutnya.
 Unsur unsur perilaku organisasi

MANUSIA STRUKTUR TEKNOLOGI SOSIAL/LINGKUNGAN

 TUJUAN PERILAKU ORGANISASI

1.memahami serta menjelaskan berbagai kejadian yang terjadi dalam organisasi Mempelajari
perilaku organisasi mempermudah pengembangan cara berpikir tentang kejadian dalam
lingkungan organisasi serta meramal hal apa yang akan terjadi.

2.Agar bisa meramal dan menjelaskan kejadian yang terjadi dalam organisasi Apabila
sejumlah kejadian ditemui terjadi secara berulang, perlu dilakukan identifikasi kekuatan serta
kelemahan yang menjadi penyebab mengapa kejadian tersebut terus berulang. Dengan proses
identifikasi, lingkungan organisasi akan menjadi lebih stabil.

dibidang kebencanaan dan sosial.yang dimana hadirnya Rentan. Mampu
memberikan bantuan dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang
kebencanaan baik dari penanggulangan pra-Bencana,Bencana dan pasca
Bencana . Yang berada di Kantor 1: Jl.Samanhudi .Kecamatan Medan
Maimun Dan kantor 2 : Jl. AR. Hakim,Lembaga ini sangat jauh dari kata
politik jadi Rentan tak boleh berpolitik.
RENTAN dibawah naungan Kementrian Hukum dan HAM.
Rentan berdiri dari tahun 2020.

1.Visi

*Ikut serta dalam pencarian dan pertolongan kepada masyarakat

*Melakukan koordinasi dengan instasi organisasi kebencanaan dalam
rangka memaksimalkan operasi SAR
* Menciptakan satuan tugas yang bermanfaat bagi umat.
2.Misi
Mewujudkan tim yang tangguh ,santun,serta respontif dalam kegiatan
sosial dan kemanusian

 KESIMPULAN

Organsasi Rentan merupakan organisasi yang bergerak dalam dibidang kebencanaan

dan sosial.yang dimana hadirnya Rentan. Mampu memberikan bantuan ,dan sosialisasi
kepada masyarakat tentang kebencanaan baik dari penanggulangan pra-
Bencana,Bencana dan pasca Bencana . yang dimana Organisasi ini berdiri tahun
2020,yang dimana selalu bekerja dengan profesional dan terlatih.
Dilihat dari struktur organisasinya dapat dilihat ,organisasi ini sudah terstruktur dan ,dan
dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan organisasi ini sudah berjalan dengan baik.
Tipe dari kepemimpinan ini adalah Demokratis dan Birokrasi.
Dari makalah ini dapat di lihat ketua terhadap anggota organisasinya,sanggat mendidik,dan
selalu menggigatkan safety first ketika sedang melaksanakan operasi kegiatan SAR,dan
selalu memberikan motivasi.
dan tujuan besar untuk mencapai suatu harapan,agar organisasi Rentan dapat berjalan
dengan baik.


