 Teori Neo Klasik
Teori Neo Kalsik memandang perusahaan sebagai
sebuah istilah teknologis, dimana manajemen
(individu) hanya mengetahui biaya dan
penerimaan perusahaan dan sekedar melakukan
kalkulasi matematis untuk menentukan nilai
optimal dari variabel keputusan. Jadi, tidak cukup
mampu untuk menjelaskan isu mengenai
kewirausahaan.
Teori Kirzerian Entrepreneur.
Dalam teori ini, Kirzer menyoroti tentang
kinerja manusia, keuletannya, keseriusannya,
kesungguhannya dalam berusaha, sehingga maju
mundurnya suatu usaha tergantung pada upaya
dan keuletan sang pelaku usaha.
Dari berbagai disiplin ilmu, lahirlah teori kewirausahaan yang
dipandang dari sudut pandang mereka masing-masing :

Teori Ekonomi memandang bahwa lahirnya

wirausaha disebabkan karena adanya
peluang, dan ketidakpastian masa
depanlah yang akan melahirkan peluang
untuk dimaksimalkan, hal ini berkaitan
dengan keberanian mengambil peluang,
berspekulasi, menata organisasi, dan
melahirkan berbagai inovasi.
02 Teori Sosiologi
Teori Sosiologi lebih mempelajari tentang asal-
usul budaya dan nilai-nilai sosial di suatu
masyarakat, yanag akan berdampak pada
kemampuannya menanggapai peluang usaha
dan mengolah usaha, sebagi contoh orang etnis
Cina dan Padang dikenal sebagai orang yang
ulet berusaha, maka fakta di lapangan
menunjukan, bahwa banyak sekali orang Cina
dan Padang yang meraih kesuksesan dalam
berwirausaha.
03 Teori Peluang
Peluang usaha adalah kesempatan atau
waktu yang tepat yang seharusnya di
ambil atau dimanfaatkan bagi
seseorang wirausahawan mendapat
keuntungan. banyak peluang yang di
sia-siakan, sehingga berlalu begitu saja
karena tidak semua orang dapat
melihat peluang dan yang melihat pun
belum tentu berani memanfaatkan
peluang tersebut.
04 Teori Psikologi
Teori Psikologi. Teori ini lebih menekankan
pada motif individu yang melatarbelakangi
dirinya untuk berwirausaha, apabila sejak
kecil ditanamkan untuk berprestasi, maka
lebih besar kemungkinan seorang individu
lebih berani dalam menanggapi peluang
usaha yang diperoleh.
05 Teori Perilaku
Teori Perilaku (Behavior). Bagaimana seorang
wirausahawan harus memiliki kecakapan dalam
mengorganisasikan suatu usaha,
memanajemenkan keuangan dengan teiliti,
mebnagun jaringan, dan memasarkan produk,
dibutuhkan pibadi yang supel dan pandai
bergaul unutk memajukan suatu usaha.

ENTREPRENEUR

Kajian Teori Schumpeter's banyak dipengaruhi oleh kajian kritisnya teori

keseimbangan (Equilibrium Theory). Menurutnya, untuk mencapai
keseimbangan diperlukan tindakan dan keputusan aktor (pelaku)
ekonomi yang harus berulang-ulang dengan cara yang sama hingga
mencapai keseimbangan.
 
 07 Teori Austrian School
Mengutip Adaman dan Devine (2000), masalah ekonomi
mencangkup mobilisasi sosial dari pengetahuan yang
tersembunyi (belum diketahui umum) yang terfragmentasi
dan tersebar melalui interaksi dari kegiatan para wirausaha
yang mempunyai eksistensi. Pada intinya, mobilisasi sosial
dari pengetahuan tersebut terjadi melalui tindakan
kewirausahaan. Dan seorang wirausaha akan mengarahkan
usahanya untuk mencapai potensi keuntungan dan dengan
demikian mereka mengetahui apa yang mungkin dan yang
tidak mungkin untuk dilakukan.
Adapula menurut A. Pekerti (dalam
Jurnal P&PT no. 9 Th. 1999)
membedakan teori kewirausahaan
dalam dua golongan besar, yaitu
teori teori yang mengutamakan
peluang usaha (yang umumnya
dianut para ahli ekonomi) dan teori
yang mengutamakan tanggapan
orang terhadap peluang tersebut
(pada umumnya dianut oleh para
ahli sosiologi dan psikologi).
