 A. Teori dalam teknik motivasi dalam Interview

Motivasi adalah suatu pertanyaan yang komplek dimana dalam suatu

organisme yang mengarahkan tingkah laku terhadap suatu tujuan (goal) atau
perangsang
Teori-teori motivasi menurut para ahli, yaitu sebagai berikut :
1. Teori Motivasi menurut Maslow
Menurut Maslow manusia mempunyai sejumlah
kebutuhan diklasifikasikannya pada lima tingkatan atau lima
hierarki (hierarki of needs) yaitu :
a. a. Kebutuhan psikologis ( Physicological )
b. b. Kebutuhan akan rasa aman ( safety)
c. c. Kebutuhan sosial ( social )
d. d. Kebutuhan penghargaan (esteem/respected )
e. e. Kebutuhan aktualisasi diri ( self-fulfillment ),
2. Teori motivasi menurut Douglas MeGregor
Teori ini lebih dikenal dengan teori X dan Y, dimana manusia
dibedakan kedalam dua kategori yaitu manusia X dan manusia Y berdasarkan
asumsi – asumsi tertentu. Dimana teori X cenderung dengan pandangan
negatif sedangkan teori Y pada pandangan positif.

3. Teori motivasi menurut Frederick Herzberg

Teori ini disebut juga sebagai Teori Motivasi dan Higiene
(Motivation Hygiene Theory). Teori ini dikaitkan dengan pandangan para
pegawai tentang pekerjaannya. Hasil temuannya menunjukkan bahwa jika
para pegawai berpandangan positif terhadap pekerjaannya, dalam diri mereka
tidak ada kepuasan, bukan ketidakpuasan seperti umumnya dikemukakan oleh
para pakar motivasi lainnya

4. Teori “ERG”
Menurut Cayton Alderfer,
bahwa “manusia mempunyai tiga
kelompok kebutuhan inti (core needs)
yang disebutnya eksistensi,
hubungan, dan pertumbuhan
(existence, relatedness, and growth –
ERG)”.
5. Teori Motivasi menurut David McClelland
Salah satu teori yang popular
dikalangan praktisi manajemen ialah teori
yang dikembangangkan oleh David
McClelland seorang ahli psikolog dari
Universitas Harvard. Dia menyatakan bahwa
ada tiga hal penting yang menjadi kebutuhan
manusia, yaitu :
a. Need For Achievement ( Kebutuhan akan
Prestasi )
b. Need For Affiliation ( Kebutuhan akan
hubungan sosial / hampir sama dengan
sicialneed-nya MasLow )
c. Need For Power ( Dorongan untuk
mengatur )
6. Teori Harapan
Teori harapan intinya terletak pada
pendapat yang mengakatakan bahwa
kuatnya kecenderungan seseorang
bertindak dengan cara tertentu
tergantung pada kekuatan harapan
bahwa tindakan tersebut akan diikuti
oleh suatu hasil tertentu dan pada daya
tarik hasil itu bagi orang yang
bersangkutan. Teori ini mengandung
tiga variabel, yaitu daya tarik, hubungan
antara prestasi kerja dengan imbalan
serta hubungan antara usaha dan prestasi
kerja
Adapun teknik motivasi antara lain :
1. Pendekatan kerja tradisional ” Be Strong “
2. Pendekatan Human Relation ” Be Goog“
3. Implicit Bargaining
Merupakan kombinasi pendekatan tradisional dan
pendekatan human relations
4. Kompetisi
Sederhana saja, bahwasannya dengan
menciptakan situasi persaingan diharapkan
motivasi kerja akan bertambah besar
5. Motivasi Internal
Self motivation, self management, motivasi
diupayakan bangkit dalam diri pekerja sendiri
( Kesadaran )

 B. Strategi Kesehatan Masyarakat dalam pelayanan
Kebidanan
1. Pendekatan edukatif dalam peran serta masyarakat
Dalam pendekatan ini ujung tombaknya adalah
gerakan pemberdayaan, yang memiliki tiga pilar yaitu
konseling, kunjungan rumah, dan pengorganisasian
Masyarakat

2.Pelayanan yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan masyarakat

Proses dimana masyarakat dapat
mengindentifikasi kebutuhan dan tentukan prioritas dari
kebutuhan tersebut serta mengembangkan keyakinan
masyarakat untuk beruaha memenuhi kebutuhan sesuai skala
prioritas berdasarkan atas sumber – sumber yang ada di
masyarakat sendiri maupun berasal dari luar secara gotong
royong
3. Menggunakan/memanfaatkan fasilitas dan potensi yang ada
di masyarakat
Masalah kesehatan pada umumnya disebabkan
oleh rendahnya status sosial ekonomi yang diakibatkan
ketidaktahuan dan ketidakmampuan memelihara diri sendiri
(self care) sehingga apabila berlangsung terusakan berdampak
pada status kesehatan keluarga dan masyarakat juga
produktifitasnya

4. Komunikasi yang baik

Beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan bidan dalam
berkomunikasi kepada masyarakat antara lain :
a. Jangan terlalu banyak bicara, cobalah untuk tidak banyak
menyela
b. Jangan meneruskan kalimat mereka atau mengantisipasi apa
yang sedang mereka bicarakan
c. Tanyakan apabila anda merasa kurang jelas
d. Lebih baik membicarakan sesuatu secara tatap muka
daripada membicarakan secara tertulis
5. Pemberdayaan Masyarakat
Pemberdayaan masyarakat
adalah bagian dari paradigm
pembangunan yang memfokuskan
perhatiannya kepada semua aspek yang
prinsip dari manusia di lingkungannya
yakni mulai dari aspek intelektual
(sumber daya manusia), aspek material
dan fisik, sampai kepada aspek
manajerial
