 Pengertian Akhlak
Akhlak menurut istilah etimologi (bahasa)
perkataan akhlak berasal dari bahasa Arab
yaitu, ‫ قأــخـال‬yang mengandung arti “budi
pekerti, tingkah laku, perangai, dan tabiat”.
Sedangkan, secara terminology (istilah),
makna akhlak adalah suatu sifat yang
melekat dalam jiwa dan menjadi
kepribadian, dari situlah memunculkan
perilaku yang spontan, mudah, tanpa
memerlukan pertimbangan

Artinya : “Jika kondisi jiwa itu melahirkan aktivitas indah dan terpuji,
baik menurut akal dan syara, maka hal tersebut dinamai akhlak yang

dinamai akhlak yang jelek”
 Ruang Lingkup Akhlak
Akhlak Islam meliputi :

1. Hubungan manusia dengan Allah

sebagai penciptanya.

2. Akhlak terhadap sesama manusia

3. Akhlak terhadap lingkungan

 Pembentukan Akhlak
Pengertian pembentukan akhlak sama dengan berbicara
tentang tujuan pendidikan, karena banyak sekali
dijumpai pendapat para ahli yang mengatakan bahwa
tujuan pendidikan adalah pembentukan akhlak. Seperti
pendapat Muhammad Al-Abrashy yang dikutip oleh
Abuddin Nata dalam buku yang berjudul “Akhlak
Tasawuf“ bahwa pendidikan budi pekerti dan akhlak
adalah jiwa dan tujuan pendidikan Islam. Demikian
pula Ahmad D. Marimba berpendapat bahwa tujuan
utama pendidikan Islam adalah identik dengan tujuan
hidup setiap muslim, yaitu untuk menjadi hamba Allah,
yang percaya dan menyerahkan diri kepada-Nya dengan
memeluk agama Islam.
 Artinya : Artinya: “Bacalah apa yang telah diwahyukan
kepadamu, yaitu Al Kitab (Al Quran) dan dirikanlah shalat.
Sesungguhnya shalat itu mencegah dari (perbuatan-perbuatan)
keji dan mungkar. Dan sesungguhnya mengingat Allah (shalat)
adalah lebih besar (keutamaannya dari ibadat-ibadat yang
lain). Dan Allah mengetahui apa yang kamu kerjakan”. (Q.S.
