Mencari dana untuk kelancaran acara yang Menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak
akan dilakukan dalam bentuk penjualan eksternal yang akan mendukung
secara daring sebagai reseller, pencarian terselenggaranya Salam Mengabdi, baik
donatur, dan berbagai usaha pencarian dalam bentuk pendanaan (fresh money)
dana lainnya. maupun pengadaan barang (in-kind)

pembuatan konsep acara selama
rangkaian kegiatan pra-aksi dan aksi
pengabdian masyarakat.
Bertanggung jawab terhadap
proses perekrutan dan
pengembangan panitia dan
relawan dalam kegiatan Salam
Mengabdi.
 OPERASIONAL
Bertanggung jawab dalam penyediaan kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana dan hal-hal
penunjang selama keberlangsungan acara Salam Mengabdi secara offline maupun online

SARPRAS
Bertanggung jawab terhadap pengadaan
dan pemenuhan perlengkapan selama
rangkaian acara Salam Mengabdi 2021,
termasuk pemenuhan akan kebutuhan
transportasi (offline) maupun penyediaan
platform meeting (online).

Mengatur dan mempersiapkan penataan seluruh
kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan keamanan acara,
menyediakan makanan untuk panitia, peserta,
dan pengisi acara dan menyediakan alat
kesehatan guna mengantisipasi yang terjadi
selama acara.
 EKSTERNAL
Bertanggung jawab dalam menyampaikan informasi, publikasi acara, dan
mendokumentasikan acara baik sebelum kegiatan, saat kegiatan, maupun setelah kegiatan
Salam Mengabdi dilaksanakan.

HUMAS & DESAIN &

PUBLIKASI
Mempublikasikan segala rangkaian acara sebagai
wujud perwajahan dan citra Salam Mengabdi di media
sosial, serta menjalin kerjasama dengan Lembaga
Dakwah tiap fakultas, unit mahasiswa UI, dan media
massa untuk membantu mempublikasikan Salam
Mengabdi kepada masyarakat..
DOKUMENTASI
Menangani hal – hal yang berkaitan dengan
penyampaian informasi dalam bentuk media
seperti poster, video, dan spanduk acara, serta
melakukan dokumentasi untuk setiap
rangkaian acara Salam Mengabdi 2021.
