Problem

Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di TPQ Al-Misbah Desa Banjarsari,

beberapa faktor penghambat meliputi:
- Kurangnya kerja sama antara pengelola, guru, dan siswa-siswi.
- Minimnya motivasi siswa-siswi/santri untuk mengikuti
pembelajaran.
- Waktu pembelajaran yang terbatas.
- Pengelolaan kelas yang monoton.

Solution
Dengan menghadapi tantangan tersebut, terdapat beberapa strategi untuk meningkatkan semangat
belajar di TPQ Al-Misbah, antara lain:
- Meningkatkan kerja sama antara pengelola, guru, dan siswa/santri.
- Menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan dinamis.
- Memulai kelas dengan ice breaking
- Memperpanjang durasi pembelajaran.

Guru tidak mempersiapkan diri sebelum kelas dimulai

Solution
Kesiapan seorang tenaga pendidik atau seorang guru
sangat berpengaruh pada saat ia akan mengajar kelak
(Sukmawati, 2019) sehingga guru perlu mempersiapkan diri sebelum kelas dimulai.

Solution
Maka dari itu, guru dapat melakukan beberapa tindakan, seperti:Menginspirasi Memberikan
otoritas, Memancing rasa ingin tahu, Membuat peraturan. Melibatkan siswa dan memberikan
dorongan, Variasi dalam intonasi. Membuat momen hening, Berkomunikasi lewat tatapan mata,
Memulai dengan kegiatan penyegaran. Ini adalah sejumlah upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru
untuk menciptakan kondisi yang kondusif dan disiplin di kelas, sehingga suasana kelas menjadi
tenang dan nyaman bagi para siswa dan tidak menimbulkan gangguan (huda H; 2021).

Ada dua factor yakni Faktor internal meliputi kondisi fisik dan psikologis peserta didik.
Faktor eksternal terdiri dari lingkungan, fasilitas, guru, dan interaksi dengan teman
sebaya. Lingkungan, fasilitas, dan guru mendukung keaktifan belajar, sedangkan
interaksi dengan teman sebaya dapat mengganggu.

Solution
Guru sebaiknya mengarahkan energi peserta didik ke arah yang positif agar mereka tidak merasa
lelah saat belajar. Sekolah juga sebaiknya menyediakan fasilitas belajar yang memadai untuk
mendukung keaktifan peserta didik, seperti perpustakaan yang lengkap, kelas yang nyaman, dan
penataan ruang kelas yang baik.

Problem
Prestasi belajar siswa, terutama dalam mata pelajaran IPA, rendah disebabkan oleh kesulitan
belajar yang dialami siswa kelas VII, terutama pada aspek psikologis. Penelitian deskriptif
kualitatif dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kesulitan belajar yang dialami siswa.
Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 30 siswa kelas VII yang memiliki nilai standar rendah. Data
dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat,
motivasi, konsentrasi, kebiasaan belajar, dan intelegensi merupakan faktor-faktor utama penyebab
kesulitan belajar pada mata pelajaran IPA di SMP Negeri 1 Rambang. Persentase angket
menunjukkan tingkat rendah pada minat (16,67%), motivasi (36,67%), kebiasaan belajar (40%),
dan intelegensi (30%), serta tingkat cukup pada konsentrasi (43,33%).

perlu untuk memotivasi siswa dan guru perlu untuk memiliki metode-metode serta pendekatan-
pendekatan yang variatif.
