Berikut daftar sejumlah bencana gempa bumi dasyat yang terjadi di Indonesia sejak tahun
2004-2009

-kamis,1 Oktober 2009,gempa dengan kekuatan 7 SR.,Jambi

-rabu,30 september 2009,gempa dengan kekuatan 7,6 SR, Sumbar.korban ratusan orang (529
Orang dari data 1 oktober 09,pukul 16;40wib)

-Sabtu, 19 September 2009, gempa dengan kekuatan 6,4 SR ,Bali .tujuh orang mengalami luka-
luka akibat gempa
- 2 September 2009, gempa berkekuatan 7,3 SR terjadi di Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat. Sebanyak 46
tewas dan korban luka lebih dari 100 orang.

- 13 September 2007, gempa berkekuatan 7,8 SR terjadi di Pulau Sumatera, tak ada korban jiwa
dilaporkan, gempa merusak sejumlah bangunan.

-12 September 2007, gempa berkekuatan 8,4 SR terjadi di Padang, Sumatera Barat. Sebanyak 25
tewas, dan lebih dari 50 orang luka-luka.

6 Maret 2007, gempa berkekuatan 6,3 SR mengguncang Pulau Sumatera, sebanyak 52 orang
tewas dan 250 orang luka-luka. Dua jam kemudian, terjadi gempa susulan berkekuatan 6,1 SR

21 Januari 2007, gempa berkekuatan 7,3 SR mengguncang Sulawesi, empat tewasdan empat
orang luka-luka.

- 17 Juli 2006, gempa 7,7 SR mengguncang Pengandaran dan pantai di Selatan Pulau Jawa, dan
memicu terjadinya tsunami. 600 orang tewas dalam musibah itu.

- 27 Mei 2006, gempa dengan kekuatan 6,2 SR mengguncang Yogyakarta, lebih dari 3.000 orang
tewas dalam musibah tersebut.

-28 maret 2005, gempa dengan kekuatan 8,7 SR mengguncang Nias dan Simeulue, 900 orang
tewas, ribuan rumah dan jembatan rata dengan tanah.

- 26 Desember 2004, gempa dasyat dengan kekuatan 9 SR mengguncang Sumatera dan memicu
tsunami di beberapa negara, terutama Indonesua. 131. 029 orang tewas, sementara ribuan lainnya
hilang. Bencana terparah yang dialami nusantara.

- 26 November 2004, Gempa 6,4 SR mengguncang Nabire, Papua. 30 orang tewas.

- 12 November 2004, gempa berkekuatan 6 SR mengguncang Alor. Sebanyak 27 orang tewas,

ratusan bangunan rata dengan tanah.

- 6 Februari 2004, gempa berkekuatan 6,9 SR dan gempa berkekuatan 7,1 SR pada 7 Februari
2004 mengguncang Nabire, 34 tewas.[vivanews]

graduate certificate, we're bound to have a course to suit you.

The evening is designed to give you a thorough overview of the Faculty's postgraduate courses
from Graduate Certificate level through to Masters degrees in coursework. You will have the
opportunity to meet academics to discuss study options and ask questions. Find out how to
choose the most appropriate course for your needs, what subjects are available and the flexible
study options available at UTS.

Apply on the night

You will have the opportunity to apply on the night to courses which have places available
without paying an application fee if you bring the correct documentation. Staff will also be on
hand to answer any questions you might have.

If you already know the program you wish to apply for, you are encouraged to come in and
submit your application before the 6pm presentation commences. Applications will be accepted
from 4pm onwards in Room 7084 on Level 7, Building 2 (within UTS: Engineering). You will
also be able to submit your application after the information.

The Faculty's postgraduate brochures will be available on the night for both local and
international applicants. If you would like these sent to you, please contact Engineering
Outreach.

Please note, research programs are not part of the presenatation and applications for research
programs will not be taken on the night.
