Telah dilaksanakan Kick Off Meeting, untuk pembangunan 12 set Tug Boat 26 meter, 2 x 1100 HP dan
Barge 320 x 90 x 20 feet dengan hasil sebagai berikut :

Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) Tug Boat

1. NDT Plan surveyor Review
2. Perhatikan dan diselesaikan catatan merah pada drawing
3. Welding consumable type approve BKI
4. Material identification & Tracebility class witness (W)
5. Sub-assembly panel class Witness (W)
6. NDE class Witness (W)
7. Principal dimension & keel deflection Class Witness (W)
8. Draft mark class Witness (W)
9. Plimsoll marks class Witness (W)
10. Valve, pressure test untuk sea cheast dan over board class Witness (W)
11. After cable instalastion class witness (W)
12. Electrical, penetration check class Witness (W)
13. Navigation light system test class witness (W)
14. Chock fast process class witness (W)
15. ME dan Gear Box allignment class witness (W)
16. Rudder allignment & clearence class witness (W)
17. Inclining test hanya pada kapal pertama , untuk kapal berikutnya hanya draft survey
18. Pada saat commisioning semua sertifikat komponen sudah tersedia
19. Endurance tes owner witness (W)
20. Mooring system, anchor winch operation test owner witness (W)

Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) Barge

1. Welding consumbale type approve BKI
2. NDT plan surveyor review
3. Perhatikan dan diselesaikan catatan merah pada drawing
4. Material identification & Tracebility class witness (W)
5. Principal dimension & keel deflection Class Witness (W)
6. Marking & Cutting of components class Notify (W/R)
7. Draft survey class Witness (W)
8. NDE class Witness (W)
9. Request survey disampaikan maksimal 1 x 24 Jam (sebelum jam 17.00)
10. Kapur pemeriksaan agar diberikan warna yang beda antara QC dan surveyor
11. Untuk air test maksimal kebocoran 5 titik 1 kali undangan, untuk welding seam ditutup dengan
masking tip
