1. Power monitoring dengan Dry contact

1.1 Landasan informasi
Untuk memonitor DC power system ZTE ZXDU68 W201 tanpa menggunakan EISU, maka akan digunakan signal alarm
melalui dry contact.

Pembagian alarm dry contact sbb :

1. Beberapa alarm akan menghubungkan koneksi dari SA cable (cable B3) ke dry contact di SIB pada ZXDU68 W201

2. Beberapa alarm akan menghubungkan konesi dari SA cable (cable B3) ke ke dry contact di ACPDB

3. Tabel dibawah untuk pembagian koneksi dan alarm dry contactnya pada ZXDU68 W201

2. Hardware installation
2.1 DB25 Converter ke SA
Install DB25 converter ke SA cable, koneksi kabel SA nya di konektor dengan inisial B3.

2.2 Alarm PLN failure

Option 1 : Jika ACPDB panel tersedia terminal dry contact alarm untuk phase failure

Step :

a. Install kabel signal dari DB25 pin 1 ke terminal dry contact di ACPDB

b. Install kabel signal dari terminal dry contact untuk terminal lainnya di ACPDB ke SIB X14 pin 2

c. Install kabel signal dari SIB X14 pin 3 ke DB25 pin 14

Warna merah pake kabel isi 2

Warna hitam pake kabel isi 1

Option 2 : Jika ACPDB panel tidak tersedia terminal dry contact alarm untuk phase failure

Step :

a. Install kabel signal dari DB25 pin 1 ke SIB X14 pin 2

b. Install kabel signal dari DB25 pin 14 ke SIB X14 pin 3

2.3 Alarm Rectifier Module/Arrester Rectifier

Kabel signal yang dipakai isi 2 pcs

Step :

a. install kabel signal dari DB25 pin 2 ke SIB X14 pin 5

b. Install kabel signal dari DB25 pin 15 ke SIB X14 pin 6

2.4 Alarm DC low voltage alarm

Kabel signal yang dipakai isi 2 pcs

Step :

a. install kabel signal dari DB25 pin 3 ke SIB X16 Pin 5

b. Install kabel signal dari DB25 pin 16 ke SIB X16 Pin 6

2.5 Alarm Input SPD PLN Failure

Jika ACPDB panel tersedia terminal dry contact alarm untuk arrester failure

Step :

a. Install kabel signal dari DB25 pin 4 ke dry contact di ACPDB

b. Install kabel signal dari terminal dry contact untuk terminal lainnya di ACPDB ke DB25 pin 17

Jika tidak tersedia, cukup di loop koneksi di DB25 converter pin 4 ke pin 17

2.6 Alarm Battery stolen

Step

a. install kabel signal dari DB25 pin 5 ke SIB X15 Pin 2

b. Install kabel signal dari DB25 pin 18 ke SIB X15 Pin 3 setelah

Melakukan lilitan pada semua bank batere

2.7 Alarm High temperature

Kabel signal yang dipakai isi 2 pcs

Step

a. Install temperature sensor di SIB di X10

b. install kabel signal dari DB25 pin 6 ke SIB SIB X15 Pin 5

c. Install kabel signal dari DB25 pin 19 ke SIB X15 Pin 6

2.8 Alarm Diesel Generator Set On

Loop koneksi dari DB25 pin 7 ke DB25 pin 20

Smartfren nantinya yang akan instal sendiri ke Genset

2.9 Alarm Door Open

3. Setting Alarm CSU via laptop

Karena menggunakan relay output, untuk alarm yang tidak dipakai dari penjelasan diatas harus di set NULL alarm alokasi
relaynya dan alokasi yang dipakai juga harus di set sesuai pengaturan koneksi diatas.

Dikarenakan default CSU sudah di set alokasi relaynya, untuk memudahkan perubahan harus menggunakan laptop yang di
hubungkan ke CSU

Step

1. Dari CSU pilih menu local set, akan tampil beberapa sub menu
2. Local menuNetworkWire NetworkLokal IPGanti ke StaticEnter kemudian “ESC” dan pilih “YES”

3. Konek kabel LAN dari laptop ke CSU di coba beberapa kemungkinan user dan password dibawah

4. Set IP laptop

5. Via browser, masukin IP CSU, masukin user : Power dan Password : 0063

6. Masuk ke menu di kotak merah dibawah untuk mengatur output relay
