I. PETUNJUK UMUM

1. Periksa dengan teliti dokumen soal ujian praktik dan portofolio

2. Baca dan pahami maksud soal agar tidak terjadi kesalahan pekerjaan.
3. Bekerjalah dengan memperhatikan jadwal dan alur pekerjaan.
4. Siapkan peralatan dan bahan yang diperlukan sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

II. SOAL/TUGAS

Judul Tugas : Membuat Surat Lamaran Pekerjaan (Making an Application

Letter)

Alat yang diperlukan :

 Kertas Folio Bergaris
 Amplop Coklat
 Ballpoint warna hitam

Perintah :
1. Buatlah surat lamaran pekerjaan beserta CV (Daftar Riwayat Hidup) pada kertas folio
bergaris
2. Masukkan ke dalam amplop cokelat seluruh berkas surat lamaran pekerjaan dan CV
(Daftar Riwayat Hidup). Beri judul pada amplop tersebut “UJIAN SEKOLAH BAHASA
INGGRIS TAHUN PELAJARAN 2021/2022 SMK FARMASI GALENIUM” dan beri nama
lengkap beserta kelas.
SOAL :
A. Pay attention to the job vacancy. Then read carefully the instructions to do all of the Task
The task is :
1. Look at the job vacancy below!

2. Make an application letter based on the job vacancy

3. Make a CV (curriculum vitae) based on your historical identity, education, and your skill/ability
4. Write both of them in a lined folio paper (kertas folio bergaris) and using English Language

Note for assessment in writing:

 The application letter must be written by handwriting with black pen
 The application letter must be written by systematics and in a good tense. (Look at the
material on your English book how to write application letter)
 The writing must be clearly and neat
 Adding a pas photo size 3x4 in your curriculum vitae
 Do not using Tipe-X and scribbles if you get mistakes in writing
