Prosedure swap antigen terhadap Tugas Satgas Covid masing2 SBU

 Setelah mendapatkan konfirmasi dan
arahan lebih lanjut dari Board of Mandatory All SBU
Directors TMT per hari ini Kamis, 8
Des 2022, tagihan antigen disetujui
untuk ditanggung oleh TMT, dengan
catatan:
Ditegaskan kembali peruntukkan
antigen HANYA UNTUK tamu yang
belum vaksin booster dan karyawan
bergejala (wajib didampingi satgas
covid masing-masing perusahaan)
Selain dari pada itu maka karyawan
yang hendak melakukan tes antigen
dipersilahkan untuk membayar
langsung ke klinik

4 BOD TMT Mandatory All SBUs

After received Final confirmation from
TMT BOD, starting on Thursday Dec
08th 2022, all the Antigen costs will be
covered by TMT, only with the
following requirements :
- Please take a note that the
Antigen test is ONLY allowed
for Guests who have not had a
booster vaccine and for
Employees who have Covid’s
symptoms ( must be
accompany with the Covid
task force )

Employees who want to take the

Antigen test by their own initiative are
welcome, they can do the payment
directly to the Clinic
