ABSTRAK

Badriyah, NIM: 2110873.Tesis Manajemen Strategik Pengembangan JMQH Di


Kabupaten Banyumas, Program Pascasarjana IAINU Kebumen, 2023 JMQH adalah
Jam’iyyah Mudharasatil Qur’an lil Hafizhat wadah perempuan-perempuan pengahafal al-
Qur’an yang mampu mengelola sumber daya melalui kegiatan formulasi, implementasi,
pelaksanaan dan evaluasi untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan efisien, juga
dapat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan mutu Hafizhat. Penelitian ini menggambarkan
tentang Jam’iyyah Mudharasatil Qur’an lil Hafizhat (JMQH) Kabupaten Banyumas dalam
peningkatan mutu perempuan-perempuan penghafal Alqur’an di Kabupaten Banyumas.
Penelitian dalam tesis ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.
Subjek penelitian ini adalah Pembina JMQH Kabupaten Banyumas, Ketua JMQH,
Sekertaris JMQH, dan sebagian pengurus JMQH kecamatan. Sedangkan analisis data
menggunakan teknik reduksi data, display data, pengecekan keabsahan data melalui
triangulasi dan member cek kemudian penarikan kesimpulan.
Dari hasil penelitian tentang pengembangan Jam’iyyah Mudharasatil Qur’an lil
Hafizhat (JMQH) di Kabupaten Banyumas ditemukan bahwa secara teknik Jam’iyyah
Mudharasatil Qur’an lil Hafizhat (JMQH) memiliki kompetensi, untuk melaksanakan
kegiatan di organisasi, memanfaatkan sarana dan prasarana, menyusun laporan pertanggung
jawaban keuangan, dan tatatertib organisasi. Dan dalam hal hubungan manusiawi Jam’iyyah
Mudharasatil Qur’an lil Hafizhat (JMQH) terampil dalam melakukan pengaturan
lingkungan kegiatan, memahami perilaku sesama hafidzat dalam proses kerjasama, disiplin
waktu, komunikatif, edukatif, dan menjadi teladan oleh organisasi yang lainnya.
Kemudian dalam keterampilan konsep Jam’iyyah Mudharasatil Qur’an lil Hafizhat
(JMQH) terampil dalam menganalisis bermacam-macam problem sosial dan langkah
penyelesaiannya. Strategi yang dilakukan dengan mengkoordinasi para hafidzat, membuat
struktur organisasi, upaya peningkatan kualitas hafizhat, seleksi hafizhat melalui
penerimaan data khafizhat baru dari pengurus, melaksanakan kegiatan tasmi’, pengelolaan
pendanaan Jam’iyyah Mudharasatil Qur’an lil Hafizhat (JMQH), optimalisasi pemanfaatan
dana anggota Jam’iyyah Mudharasatil Qur’an lil Hafizhat (JMQH) se Kabupaten
Banyumas.
membina hubungan kerjasama dengan masyarakat, tokoh masyarakat,para Kyai dan bunyai
dan organisasi lainnya serta mengelola layanan khusus yang dilaksanakan melalui Usaha
peningkatan ekonomi, j collection serta keamanan dan ketertiban JMQH, sehingga proses
Kegiatan JMQH dapat terlaksana dengan baik.

ABSTRACT

JMQH (Jam'iyyah Mudharasatil Qur'an lil Hafizhat) is a place for girls and women who
memorize the Qur'an (Hafizhat) which manages itsresources through formulation, implementation and
evaluation activities to achieve its organizational goalsin the quality improvement of the Hafizhat in an
effective and efficient manner. The study describes the methods Jam'iyyah Mudharasatil Qur'an lil
Hafizhat (JMQH) of Banyumas Regency employs in improving the standard of quality of girls and
women memorizing the Qur'an in Banyumas Regency.
The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was conducted using
interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The subjects of the study were the Banyumas
Regency JMQH Advisors, Chairperson, Secretary, and some of JMQH administratorsin sub-district level.
Data analysis was executed through data reduction techniques, data display, and data validity checking
through triangulation and member checking before the process of drawing conclusion.
The results of the study suggest that Jam'iyyah Mudharasatil Qur'an lil Hafizhat (JMQH) has
technical competence necessary in performing organizational activities, utilization of its own facilities
and infrastructure as well as preparation of financial accountability reports and its organizational rules. In
terms of its human relations, Jam'iyyah Mudharasatil Qur'an lil Hafizhat (JMQH) is skilled in
management of the environment and the activities, understanding the behavior of fellow hafidzat in the
process of cooperation, time management, communication, education, and acting as a role model for other
organizations.
JMQH has conceptual competence in analyzing various social problems and presenting solutions
to the problems. The problem-solving strategies were carried out by coordinating the hafidzat; creating an
organizational structure; making efforts to improve the quality of hafizhat; selecting hafizhat based on the
new khafizhat data from the board; carrying out tasmi' activities; managing Jam'iyyah Mudharasatil
Qur'an lil Hafizhat (JMQH) funding; optimizing the use of funds from the members of the Jam'iyyah
Mudharasatil Qur'an Lil Hafizhat (JMQH) throughout Banyumas Regency; fostering cooperative relations
with community members, community leaders, Kyai and Nyai (religious leaders or teachers in Islam )
and other organizations; as well as managing special services carrying out efforts to improve the
economy, j collection, JMQH security and order so that the whole JMQH activities can be performed
thoroughly.
