JMQH (Jam'iyyah Mudharasatil Qur'an lil Hafizhat) is a place for girls and women who
memorize the Qur'an (Hafizhat) which manages itsresources through formulation, implementation and
evaluation activities to achieve its organizational goalsin the quality improvement of the Hafizhat in an
effective and efficient manner. The study describes the methods Jam'iyyah Mudharasatil Qur'an lil
Hafizhat (JMQH) of Banyumas Regency employs in improving the standard of quality of girls and
women memorizing the Qur'an in Banyumas Regency.
The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was conducted using
interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The subjects of the study were the Banyumas
Regency JMQH Advisors, Chairperson, Secretary, and some of JMQH administratorsin sub-district level.
Data analysis was executed through data reduction techniques, data display, and data validity checking
through triangulation and member checking before the process of drawing conclusion.
The results of the study suggest that Jam'iyyah Mudharasatil Qur'an lil Hafizhat (JMQH) has
technical competence necessary in performing organizational activities, utilization of its own facilities
and infrastructure as well as preparation of financial accountability reports and its organizational rules. In
terms of its human relations, Jam'iyyah Mudharasatil Qur'an lil Hafizhat (JMQH) is skilled in
management of the environment and the activities, understanding the behavior of fellow hafidzat in the
process of cooperation, time management, communication, education, and acting as a role model for other
organizations.
JMQH has conceptual competence in analyzing various social problems and presenting solutions
to the problems. The problem-solving strategies were carried out by coordinating the hafidzat; creating an
organizational structure; making efforts to improve the quality of hafizhat; selecting hafizhat based on the
new khafizhat data from the board; carrying out tasmi' activities; managing Jam'iyyah Mudharasatil
Qur'an lil Hafizhat (JMQH) funding; optimizing the use of funds from the members of the Jam'iyyah
Mudharasatil Qur'an Lil Hafizhat (JMQH) throughout Banyumas Regency; fostering cooperative relations
with community members, community leaders, Kyai and Nyai (religious leaders or teachers in Islam )
and other organizations; as well as managing special services carrying out efforts to improve the
economy, j collection, JMQH security and order so that the whole JMQH activities can be performed
thoroughly.
