A. TujuanPembelajaran
Setelah mengikuti serangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran peserta didik dapat
Mengidentifikasi fungsi sosial, struktur teks dan unsur kebahasaan teks interaksi transaksional lisan
dan tulis yang melibatkan tindakan memberi dan meinta informasi terkait dengan tingkah laku
/tindakan/fungsi orang, binatang, benda sesuai dengan konteks penggunaannya ( Simple Past Tense
Positif, negatiif dan interogatif) dan siawa mampu mejawab soal isian berdasarkan teks dari activity

Kegiatan Inti
1. Guru Menjelaskan materi yang akan dipelajari dan siswa menyimak
2. Guru mengarahkan siswa untuk mengamati Teks aktivity 18
3. Setelah membaca teks guru bersama siswa mencari kalimat Simple Past tense dan guru
menjelaskan pada kalimat positive, negative dan interogative dalam simple past tense .
Kegiatan Penutup
1. Guru dan siswa menyampaikan kesimpulan dan refleksi terhadap pembelajaran.
2. Guru memberikan informasi tentang tugas yang akan dikerjakan pada pemandu belajar
3. Guru menunjuk salah satu siswa untuk memimpin doa penutup

Penilaian terhadap materi ini dapat dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan guru yaitu dari pengamatan
sikap, tes pengetahuan dan presentasi unjuk kerja atau hasil karya/projek dengan rubric
penilaian.

1. Pembelajaran Remedial
Kegiatan pembelajaran remedial diperuntukkan bagi peserta didik yang belum mencapai
ketuntasan belajar sesuai hasil analisis penilaian.Pembelajaran remedial yang direncanakan adalah
sebagai berikut:
• pembelajaran ulang,jik peserta didik yang tidak tuntas lebihdari 85%
• bimbingan perorangan, jika yang belum tuntas kurang dari 25%
• belajar kelompok, jika peserta didik yang belumt untas 25- 50%
• pemanfaatan tutor sebaya
Instrumen penilaian remedial akan disusun setelah dilaksanakan penilaian harian dan analisis hasil
penilaian.
2. Pembelajaran Pengayaan
Berdasarkan hasil analisis penilaian, peserta didik yang sudah mencapai ketuntasan belajar
diberi kegiatan pembelajaran okpengayaanuntuk perluasan dan/atau pendalaman materi
(kompetensi) antara lain dalam bentuk tugas mengerjakan soal-soal dengan tingkat kesulitan lebih
tinggi, meringkas buku-buku referensi dan mewawancarai narasumber.
C. Ringkasan Materi
Activity 18
I. Read the following text and answer the question.
Karen is talentad yang musician. She can play the violin very well. She has performed sollo or in
groups inmany events. Her performance has enchanted the audience. No wonder! She has played
the violin since she was a child.
When she was a child, shewas enchanted violinists while performing in an orchestra. She was
amased how those violinists moved their hands up and down playing the insttrument
synchronously. The sound produced was calming. Then, she asked her father to buy her a violin. So
at the age of six she attended a music course for the first time, and she left so excited. Her first
tutor said to her parents that Karen was very talented as she could learn all the materials faster
than other students. No wonder, she has won several awards and trophies so far. She was awarded
the most talented young musician in 2017 when she was anly twelve years old.
Recently she is interested to lern playing the piano. She has attented a music course on playing
the piano for three months and she has been able to play simple songs.
II. Grammar Simple Past Tense
Read the following sentence from the text activity 18.
The sound produced was calming.
She asked her father to buy her a violin
Her first tutor saaid to her parents that karen was very talented as th could learn all
the materials faster than other students.
The above sentences use simple past tense. It used to past verbs (V2), like the verbs in bold in the above
sentences.simple past tense is used to express events that occured and have ended in the past.it is
related with spesific time expression. Definite time ( last week, last night, yesterday) and indenfinite
time( other day, ges ago one day).
