Japanese Head Chef - Expatriate POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The position is responsible for ensuring a positive,
productive, creative, and happy environment working
together with all other departments to be a part of the
overall feel of the hotel. To provide leadership and
support to the culinary team, built on a foundation of
quality, consistency, and free-thinking with an edge
which is our expectation for each and every member of
our team.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from an accredited
college or university majoring in Tourism/Hotel
Management in Culinary or other related major
• Minimum 5 years experience in a related role
• Fluent in English written and verbal communication
• Advanced culinary skills including food preparation,
flavor pairings, and other cooking best practices.
• Ability to develop unique recipes
• In-depth knowledge of food handling regulations
• Strong knowledge and implementation of HACCP
Standard Kitchen Operations
• Strong in training, directing and supervising Japanese
kitchen staff
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, time
management, and organization

Chef de Partie POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The position is responsible for all aspects of the kitchen
operation. Take care of the daily food preparation and
duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities.
• Minimum Diploma Degree in an accredited college or

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the related role
• Having knowledge of sanitation principles, food
preparation, and nutrition

Chief Steward POSITION REQUIREMENTS

This position is responsible for supervising the
stewarding operation during shift and for cleaning and
maintaining food and beverage premises to high
hygienic standards.
• Minimum Diploma Degree in an accredited college or
university majoring in Hotel Management & Culinary
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the related role
• Strong knowledge of food health and safety
regulations
• Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations
• Strong leadership and ability to lead a team
