sistem VRV & pekerjaan ducting Fresh Air untuk proyek rumah tinggal di Jalan Brawijaya, dengan total biaya

1 Harga belum termasuk PPN 11% dan PPh sesuai perpajakan yang berlaku
2 Harga di atas merupakan harga Pengadaan material dan pekerjaan instalasi sesuai dengan
rincian yang tertera pada Bill of Quantity terlampir
3 Harga tidak mengikat & berlaku selama 1 minggu dari tanggal penawaran dan mengacu
pada kurs USD Max. Rp. 16,000.-
4 Jika ada penambahan ataupun pengurangan material dari volume BQ, akan diperhitungkan
kemudian sesuai dengan harga penawaran yang disepakati.
5 Biaya di atas sudah termasuk jaminan pekerjaan selama 3 bulan.
6 Term of Payment
a Uang Muka 40% Copy SPK
b Progres Pekerjaan 55% Progres Pekerjaan (Monthly)
c Retensi 5% BA Start Up (max. 3 bulan)
